Aye, have to run out but character sheets are definitely being accepted.
Like I mentioned earlier, the PCs will be serving as research or military personnel aboard the Hyperion. You may choose any profession you'd expect to be of use on such a mission, not limited to biologist, chemist, armourer, weaponsmith, archaeologist, security officer, marksman, hunter, physicist, engineer, and so forth. Be aware that I expect my players to choose professions that will be of importance on missions and that the absence of certain types of PCs will seriously damage your ability to deal with certain missions.
I have to go out and should be back in two hours so I can't make a template at the mo', so I'll just throw a little something together real quick.
Character Name: (First & last name required, extra names and/or titles are a nice bonus. I personally give my characters 3-4 names as a South American)
Profession: (Please choose a general career path such as military, engineering or research, then a specific profession, though you can leave that for later if you wish, allowing your character more growth potential.)
Bio: (Your typical breakdown of who they are at first glance followed by a more detailed summary of their backstory. You don't need their entire life story, just what makes them tick. Psychology is a love of mine so whatever you can add that will help me build a personality profile and help me find their emotional niche would be lovely.)
Traits: Choose a few major and minor personality, physical, and professional traits and I'll sort through them later
The rest is up to you.
Be back later, cheers~

Shala is indeed correct and sort of, I will not allow Psykers from initial launch but it is quite feasible and we WILL have psykers among our crew. Its a career choice should you play as any military character, though I have a multitude of psyker magnitudes and different subtypes with radically different power and potential so we could theoretically have 3-5 PCs as nascent Psykers of different types. Psykers are quite different in my lore than that of Warhammer 40K. For example, sentients with latent psychic abilities are extremely rare and their powers become practically useless outside of certain conditions, though with the use of certain cybernetic implants and-or xeno artifacts it is possible to project the mind's will upon reality. This is more like the chronomancer from Jericho in that it follows some sort of computational pseudo-science, but its vague enough that you can adapt it to practically anything. Blunters (Null) are a form of psyker and can do far more than just prevent psychic activity... They can actively syphon psychic power and project it for example.I'll have to check my lore to see the different subtypes I've created and will definitely accept suggestions on creating your own custom psyker class(es).
We aren't yet aware that such things exist, though players interested in being alien hybrids, parasite hosts, brainwashed by organocrystalline beings from another dimension, or nascent psykers can PM me in private and we'll work out the fun details since such things will not be from initial launch but will sure as hell be introduced quite soonThose are just a few of the major ones I will definitely have going on in the RP, if you have other ideas I'll see if it works with my lore and brief you on the details
