War of The Half-Elves [OOC]

Elves, dragons, fairies, humans, They all live on the same world of Sylvarant. Everything was very peaceful for hundreds of years until hell broke lose. Half-Elves created magi-technology and didn't want to share this new creation. They could build flying vehicles and later just store them in little boxes which way less than a pound! Although this magi-technology used up a lot of mana, the source of life in this world. Because of this isolation the Half-Elves created they are hated by almost every race. They aren't even allowed in a town or city, so decided to build their own cities or rather, fortresses a few miles away of every other town. Not being allowed in towns, not being allowed to travel through the mountains, The Half-Elves declared war. Using their magi-technology they've been attacking cities, towns and even took over some.

Not all Half-elves are like this. Some Half-Elves wanted to share their technology created, but were killed if this was found out. Most 'good' Half-Elves now hide their identity to live among the others in fear.

The world is dying, Half-Elves are destroying the world. Mana is quickly depleting.
This is where we come in! We are a group of travelers trying to save the world and stop this endless war.

Name: Presea Aves

Personality: caring, little bit shy sometimes, easily trusts
Town/City: Ozette
Bio: Presea isn't really the kind who has been through a lot of pain. She peacefully lived in the forest town of Ozette. She's been treating any wounded people that came to her village and knows every single herb that you can find and what their functions are. Not many times has she seen Half-Elves or know how they look like, Neither does she know their fortresses. Her town has been attacked several times, burning houses but not that overwhelming. One day Presea's little sister, Caitlin, has suddenly disappeared and never to be found again. Rumors go that Caitlin has been kidnapped by the Half-Elves that are using creatures for their projects. Ever since then, Presea wants to stop this war, and live peacefully once again.
Abilities: Healing, knows every single herb, quick learner.
Weakness: Fire/Darkness
Other: Easy to make her blush and become shy, curious, clumsy, can be stubborn if it includes someone's protection/health.

History:
He is the ill begotten child of two creatures that were never meant to be, a last defiant act against the law of the universe, Death's daughter and the son of a Dragon Lord.
He once was a war lord of legend a warrior without peer yet he was bested and locked away for 45 thousend years, and once again he is free. however his objectives have changed from domination to that of peace, however he isn't afraid to gut anyone in his way. precious few have any idea who he is or was, exept in bedside tales for children, the only thing linking him, and that mythical war lord now is the eyes, eyes of pure lightning that glow even in the darkest night, eyes of such pure blue that all gems pale beside them.
He gained such fame, such repute, such a legacy not only for being a warrior unmatched in all walks of war, but also, for being the grandson of death himself. thus he is bound by complex laws that govern the cosmos.

Personality:
He has a frigid and somewhat stoic exterior, but is rather kind and nice underneath that facade. He is prone to mood swings and when he is in one of his ‘Black Moods’ he doesn’t care who you are, if you piss him off, he will lash out at you regardless. And yet when he isn’t in a ‘Black Mood’ he is rather friendly and kind.
He has come to love life in general, as a happy go lucky guy and isn’t fussed over who he makes friends with. He bears hard and violent grudges for extended periods of time, and will strike back for actions taken against him, no matter how long ago it was. This personality remains intact regardless of form.


Powers:

He is magically apt, and has command over all of the Elements, bar Light. to compensate for this, he has a cross on a bracelet, it was given to him by his fathers friend, called ‘Quincy’, it allows him to manipulate light and holy energies with unlimited power but limited time. He calls the cross ‘Quincy’s craft’ since only Quincy knew how to use it till he taught shiro. he is an exceptional fighter, both with his hands, as well as his choice weapons, which range from a Katana to his Handgun right the way to a fully automated Chain Gun. His magic is of a forgotten kind, thus while he can use spells no other can, and command the world around him at a whim, he is also bound by laws that transend even his understanding, and some times, just sometimes he gets annoyed at them.

As he isn’t fully human, his senses are much more attuned, however this leaves him vulnerable to things such as flash bang grenades, or any such weaponry.





He is also able to change his bodily form.
He has only a few forms,
1. His normal Half-Dragon form.
2. A Half-Fox, Half-Wolf form
3. A Mouse form (Also his least assumed form)
4. A Full Dragon form.
5. Finally, he can take the form of a Scythe wielding Harbinger of Death and Carnage. This is due to the fact that the Grim Reaper retires every 100 years, and he is the grandson of the last Grim Reaper. However, he is unaware of this, and he merely considers it a strange, morbid, albeit very much welcomed gift.

Bio: Klara was raised among dragons, and magic wielding folk, her parents lead a great army of dragons and mages during the war against the half-breeds. Klara's parents both died, she is unable to rule her people until she takes a husband.
Abilities: She wields magic, anything any basic sorcerer can do, she's been trained as well.
Weakness: Her emotions.
Other: She has a pet baby dragon named Azure.

Personality:Loyal, kind, stays to self, shy, and can be an ass if you dont know him.
Town/City: Gittlen
Bio:T.K was always a loner, always keeping to himself and hiding himself away from others. He has very few friends who are loyal to him and he relayed on them when the war took place in there city. He had learned the people he lived with, and saw as friends/family were half-elves. When the people found out the killed them and imprisoned him under the accusation he was working with the half-elves. After a year he was able to escape the city with the help of other prisoners accused of the same. Now he just wanders, doing what ever he can to stop this war.
Abilities: Fighting, he has learned to defend himself and others with multiple types of weapons.
Weakness: He is weak when it comes to becoming attached to someone. He lets his emotions take over at the wrong times and he suffers dearly for it. He is also weak against ranged attacks/fighters.
Other: His weapon is a stolen Half-Elves tool. He is able to manipulate it to different weapons in different situations. (Appearance Kinda related)

he's a imortal dragon warlord who's just escaped inprisonment in a mountin, his town is now nothing but rubble, I kind assumed that people would understand that.

most impressive, it would be intresting to see her reaction to Shiro, as dragons would be those who kept his ledgend alive.

Personality: Cold and kind. He doesn't like to talk much but when it comes to a girl. He can't help but want to help her.

Bio: He was born in a cave waking up. He crawled as a baby nearly dieing if it wasn't the fact for a half-elf that took care of him. At the age of 6, he moved away from the half-elf and became a nomad. Ever since then he was learning skills and traits from strangers. Soon he was recruited to work has a merc. But he rejected the idea and kept moving on has a nomad.
Abilities: Hand to hand combat, Gunslinger, Magic bullets[Elemental bullets.Fire,water,Ice,Ground,Lighting,Wind.]

Sorry but guns are half-elf technology, so having guns would be stolen (unless a half-elf)

Spear - I could give you a town? (Sybak/Meral/Gittlen?) anyway, accepted, just remember guns are half-elf technology so you'd have to hide it in towns/cities.
Kozue - guns are half-elf technology (sorry) so I guess you stole some? And could you specify your abilities?
