Rolling greenfields, a blue sky, a forest to the east, jagged mountains to the left and a city in the centre of the fields. The city is bustling with people. Tall people, short people, people with hats, people with tuxedos and even people with umbrellas despite the cloudless sky. You turn on the spot taking in the bustling marketplace. With every motion and sight your eyes grow wider, your jaw dropping lower. There are people who don't even look like people at all. They have the forms of animals yet wear human clothing. Some just have aspects of the animals. One girl is something of a peculiar sight. She is tall and slender, seemingly normal but when she turns to look at you, you see that she has features resembling a cat. A light film of turquoise coloured fur covers her feline features; slanted golden eyes examine the items of the stall near her, selling articles of shimmering jewellery.
She reaches out to examine a particularly elegant piece and you eyes are drawn to the delicate hands tipped with deadly claws. She gazes longingly at the necklace before turning her back to it, hurrying on. A hoarse cry sounds out from the high bell tower, like someone being murdered and people begin pulling out umbrellas. You look about as people who don't have the umbrellas find other items to cover their heads with. Before you have a chance to react, the storm begins. You duck under an awning and gaze in shock as you realise it isn't rain but rather hard candies in all colours, with a small 's' on their coverings. Are they...Skittles?

Dometris drummed his fingers against the the arm of his throne, frowning slightly.
'MORICE! Why haven't we had anything exciting happening lately?!' He shouted, calling forth his manservant. The small man shuffled forward, bowing nervously.
'I-I'm not sure master. P-perhaps you haven't been giving them enough to occupy their time my lord?' He stammered, grovelling at the God's feet. Dometris shook his head.
'No. I've been giving them plenty to occupy them. They're just.. acting like those blasted boring creations of my brothers'. We need more entertainment.' He stood up, storming to the window of his palace, surveying the land below. It had been perfect but it was not going to plan, not at all. Why was no one doing anything exciting. And most of all, why were the people all hating him? It wasn't right. They were meant to be grateful to him, for bringing them out of their dull, boring lives. But instead he was cursed, hated. For what? for answering their prayers? It was ridiculous.
'MORICE! FETCH MY SCYTHE! We're going to cause some havoc.'

Icarus landed heavily in the field of sunflowers, their stalks towering over him majestically, casting enormous dappled shadows over him. Slowly he lifted his head, pushing himself up onto his knees with weak arms.He didn't recognise the place. Had he hit his head so hard that he'd lost his memory?
'Where am I? How the hell did I get here?' He moaned, sitting up and holding his head, looking for his car. It should have been there. The last thing he remembered was the car plowing toward the edge of the cliff. What had happened? He gazed around at him, trying to see over the heads of the sunflowers. He had no idea where he was, how he had got there at all or what he was doing there. He brushed a blonde strand of hair out of his eyes, seeing a glint of light between the stalks, the strange swirled sun reflecting off the windows and decorations of that large city. He chose to head toward it, hoping that perhaps it would lead him the right way.

It was nearly done. Only one more piece needed to be put in place, and then his plan would be perfect. Oh, people would be laughing for ages, well, he would be laughing for ages, at least. All that would be needed was for him to take the last little wire, connect it to the power source of the tree, and then the trap would spring to life, zapping them with a playful jolt of powerful electricity. He laughed mischievously as he moved towards his main metal tree. The trees in this world were known for not only producing oxygen, but also producing electricity through the roots and sending it towards some other trees as a power source. Humans tried to take that power from the Techno-Sprites' forest for ages. Oh, how Torrentias hated those humans.

This trap was specifically designed to send those humans away for good. It was just about to be put into place...

When suddenly he was floating in bright daylight, the shade of the trees disappearing from around him. He glanced around quickly, confused as to what the hell was going on. When it finally dawned on him that he wasn't home anymore. There wasn't a Metal Tree in sight, and the bright sunlight was not something that he was used to see. It wasn't bad, necessarily.

The worst part was how his prank had nearly been built successfully.

"NO! No... Not now... Damn it damn it DAMN IT!" He yelled in sort of a temper tantrum as waves of blue lighting surged through his body with each repetition. His cannon fired a blast at the ground, blowing a small crater in it and igniting the nearby plants. "It was almost finished! Just a few more seconds and it would have been the funniest thing in history! But... Ugghhhh! Damn it all!"

He spun away from the crater he had caused and, in doing so, he noticed a figure in the distance, collapsed in a bed of flowers. Torrentias' eyes narrowed when he spotted him.

It was a human. Of that, Torrentias was sure. He must of been the one who took him out of the forest! That stupid human used some of his wacky magical mayhem to take him away from his home and ruin the prank he had in store. Fueled with anger, the pipes connecting his arm cannon to his body started to glow an electric blue colour as the cannon hummed to life. Then, at a breakneck speed, he shot of towards the human, hovering across the ground as he did so, and stopping right in front of the human, floating above his head.

"It was YOU, wasn't IT!?" Torrentias accused, aiming his cannon directly at the boy's face. "I have half a mind to Blow you to pieces RIGHT NOW! EXPLAIN YOURSELF!"

Icarus' eyes widened as an odd looking guy sped towards him, a cannon aimed directly at him. 'Uh.. Do I know you?' He asked in confusion, wondering if maybe he HAD hit his head a little too much. Perhaps he was dead and this was some kind of wacked afterlife. Or maybe he was in surgery.. Yes that seemed more likely. This guy was a figment of his imagination, clearly. It was the only explanation for how a seemingly featureless guy could be aiming a... cannon? yes a cannon at his face. 'This clearly isn't real. Look, I don't know who you are, but you're not real, this place isn't real, so do what you want because I won't die.' He said, conveniently forgetting that in a lot of cases, if you die in your dreams, you die in real life. He really hoped the sedcatives would wear off soon. This dream was getting wacky and he'd only been in it for a few minutes.

Torrentias' eye twitched from his seething rage. But, the moment the human started talking, it just made him confused. A dream? He thought that this entire thing was some sort of fictitious creation from his own little twisted mind? It was so like a human to assume that it all had to do with them. So egotistical, so narcissistic... Ugh, those stupid flesh things were always going on about themselves, instead of thinking about what other beings might be thinking.

Unless this human had never seen a Techno-Sprite before? That was entirely possible, he supposed. Maybe the kid didn't listen to his elders. Or he was stupid. Or someone messed up with his brain so he couldn't understand anything about the strange world that they lived in... Unfortunately, based on the Human's ignorance, Torrentias was forced to deduce that the human had nothing to do with the strange world that he found himself in...

"Urgh... Damn it all..." Torrentias growled in frustration as the blue electricity moving through his system calmed so that the only blue that could be seen was from the hair-like spikes of blue lightning on his head and in his core. This was turning out to be the worst day ever. The worst part of it all was that he had no idea where he was supposed to be going in order to get back to his home. Normally, he could see his huge tree from large distances away, using it as a landmark for himself on the rare occasions that he had to venture out to get bits and pieces of equipment for his masterpiece pranks that he so adored. Instead of spending his day doing that, it looked like he would be spending it with some delusional human that was waiting for someone to shock him awake or something... Wait... Shock him...

Had he a mouth, a large grin would have appeared across it as he glanced back over to the human. Maybe he could get some fun out of this after all...

"So then, you have nothing to do with my sudden transportation, instead believing that you are in some sort of illusion created by your human brain... Perhaps then, what you need is someone to wake you up..." He said mischievously as he lifted his non cannon hand into the air, "Well then, maybe all you need is a little shock..."

The moment he said shock, he snapped his fingers and let a tiny jolt of lightning, enough to give a brief sense of pain flew fast from his fingers towards the human's side.
