This is an interest check for anyone who would be interested in doing a Rp in the Battletech Universe, this would include Mechs and other Sci-fi creations. (Note: NO battletch knowledge is needed if need be will be explained. A decent and as quick of a explanation of clan history will be put in the OOC)
This will be an Alternate Universe type of RP for battletech, since there is already so much that has happened. So now we have a chance to rewrite that! MAKE IT NEW! we will be brought to the time of 3005 When the Wolfs dragoons are about to set off on a long term mission to scout out in a very secretive way the inner sphere. We will become known as mercenaries who will be hired for battles and wars to the highest bidder!
We will have two choices, will you be someone who was made in the iron womb bred for battle, or whatever you were planned on being. (Trueborn)
Or will you become a freebirth, someone who was born naturally and was finally able to become a warrior by clawing your way up.
But the bigger question is, when it is time for the invasion... which side shall you take? Shall you protect the inner sphere or go against it?
This Rp will not only show the struggles of the soon to come clan invasion but as well as the treatment of freebirths by the trueborns who see themselves as superior.
This alternate universe will use some more advanced technology then what is in battletech at this time simply to make it a bit more interesting.
Also if you are someone who knows battletech it would be awesome if you pm'd me or put below how much you know of it.
