The Captured Prince OOC (Question x pfroggy1)

It is the Dark Ages and the countrysides in Europe are dotted with castles. Giant stone structures have replaced the highly flammable wooden ones and these tall, imposing figures can be found all over. Nobles and lords live within these castles but the tallest, most grand castles are reserved for the royal families. Kings, queens, princesses and princes reside within these grand structures, separated from other royal families by thick, stone walls that act as protection from possible threats.
Royal families have always been at odds with each other for disputes over land and resources. Assassination attempts are constantly made and castles are laid under siege and taken over. Tensions are always high but have reached a peak when one royal family has kidnapped the crown prince of another.

Age: 17

Personality: harsh, creul to enemies, bt in retrospect he's a nice guy who loves his people and his country

Apperance: (try imagining a teenager with full German descent except he's wearing royal clothes from the early 1400s) (I'll try finding a pic)

Other: People think he's harsh and naive because he killed his father to get the throne at 15

Name: James II of York

Age: 18

Gender: Male

Personality: James is, essentially, a puppet for his aunt to use to gain political power. He recognizes that he is only a tool and would easily be torn away from the throne if he went against what his aunt ordered. So, in order to function, he locks most of his emotions inside and puts up a false shell composed of snarky remarks and sarcasm. He does anything to help himself laugh in order to put aside the sad state of his existence and the fact he is nothing more than a pawn.

Appearance: A curly blond haired teenager of average with dark brown eyes. His hair is often gelled back in a desperate attempt to tame the golden locks. His skin is fair but most usually hidden behind average clothes of the 1400s that royalty would wear. Unless he is riding on a horse, he usually can be found wearing a crown to assert his authority over others and make sure everyone knows he is, in fact, the crown prince. Riding horses has kept him lean in build so he isn't incredibly muscular.

Other: He's quite fond of horses and the hunting dogs kept in the palace.

Could you do it, then? Because I'm not sure what kind of "accommodations" he would give the prince and I don't want to assume anything.

I'm cool with anything, just maybe put him in different clothing and treat him like a VIP prisoner, so to say.
