Sure, but I'm just gonna say, that I have never been part of a successful RP that's required more than 10 people on board at once.
As for the other idea, it sounds cool.

Will there still be color themes and whatnot? I'll most likely just recycle my character with a few tweaks here and there, cause I like her, and I'm lazy ._.
You don't need to follow a color scheme...depending on the Granter who gave you your powers. An oddball I have planned likes power rangers/super sentai stuff so he has his magical girls color coded and do fancy poses before battle.
