Freeshotah, I forgot to ask... How tech'd up is the world?

Like, certain places have electric lights and stuff while others still look fantasy medieval? Are there like, trains going between capitals and the like? Maybe taverns with stereo system? How anachronistic will it be?

Well certain kinds of technology are easy to find (Indoor plumbing, cowboy weaponry) others... not so much (Electric lights, 'Modern' technology). The very richest of people have 'high' technology (Thermal visors, holographic displays). Generally, villages are entirely medievil (save plumbing), towns are 1800's/medievil, Cities are 1800's with some modern thrown in, and the capitals are generally the only place you can find high technology, save for communication posts (kind of like payphone/mailboxes accessed with an I.D card) and a government building in every town (People in rich cities have a Com-unit in their homes even).
