Welcome one and all!, you have been accepted to one of our two schools! you either have the innate ability to use the magic the flows through us all...or the super power of legends, either way we will teach you here to control and hone your abilities, you will go to one of the two high schools we have here on the large campus, meet new friends, learn new things and most of all, live without worry---your principal

so yeah this is an RP where you either make a character who can use magic or is a supernatural being (vampire fairy etc) or a person with super powers, ( super strength telepathy etc) one group goes to one school, the other group to the next school, not only will you have to deal with the people of your school, but the rivalry between both places of learning is strong, fights break out constantly, not to mention the mysterious group The Bolts who seem to want to beat the system and take the schools for their own, what will you do? fight for school dominance? or fight for the control of both?

Appearance: 5"6, weighing around 110 lbs. He has dirty blonde hair, it's usually messy looking, like he just got out of bed. He has blue eyes and green eyes (A blue ring around the pupil, and a green ring around the blue one. They turn more blue in bright light, so any pictures with a flash will show him with blue eyes). He also has really pale skin, and is pretty thin. He usually wears casual clothes that are too big for him (You'll rarely see his hands, due to his sleeves always being over them).
Power:
Has the ability to grow wings. The wings are not feathery, but actually made up of spirit energy, and are a bit blue. They can be used for flying and for defense.
He can use them for offense too, but they are mainly for defense and flight.
