Zombie Apocalypse IC

Jazz was still listening on her audio amplifier, hearing about ramen she turned it off and put it away. Moving towards the other room with the ramen, she took a bowl and soon returned back to her room. She hasn't been in the presence of an actual human in a long time, but she didn't want to talk.

Nikki sat up and slowly grabbed the bowl shaking. She grabbed the chopsticks and picked up the noodles. She ate them slowly and sighed.

[Cerius]

Jared shook himself from his slumber as Rhyss addressed him and the other passenger. "An apartment? As long as it isn't infested, yeah, I think we'll be safe there for the moment. Do you know where it is?" He said to Rhyss, while keeping his eyes on the road.

[Nia]

Nia went on with the blood experiments and eventually went on to her second type of sample but unable to get any results. "This is verry frustrating. Well the use of these are lost. Better get rid of these soon." Nia looked out her apartment door and sighed seeing the electric fence was on. "I'll do it in a bit then. I shouldn't rush things." She put the samples and gloves into another hazard bag and used sanitation wipes on her hands. Once that was done she wrapped it all tightly in a trash bag vials and all. She walked back over to her door and unlocked it. Hiding the trashbag and then finally sitting on her bed staring at the ceiling.

(She could just hit the button on the remote in the third floor hallway. :P)

I looked at Nikki after she finished eating. "Are you okay?" I asked her after she finished eating, concern present in my voice.

[mmarage]

I walked downstairs and stared out of one of the windows.

[Nia]

Nia sighed thinking to herself how dumb she was for forgetting the button. "I keep forgetting the little things. " She grabs the trash bag and leaves her apartment. She then goes to push the button to stop the electric fence and heads out closing the gate behind her. She walks out makeing sure to get a bit aways from the apartment before dropping off the bag into a dumpster. As she goes to walk back a zombie tackles her to the ground. Nia struggles to keep it from biting at her and tosses it to her side. She got up quickly and pulled out her gun shooting the zombie in the head. She looked over to the side seeing other zombies now coming this way due to the sound of the shot and she made a dash back to the apartments. "Crapcrapcrap I need to stop doing this alone."

[Mercury]

He could see an ambulance already being driven off in the distance just down the road he just missed some survivors but it seems they were turning around as they hit a roadblock. "Damn it there must be another way." He drove and saw a guy with a katana heading back to the hospital.

Nikki looked down and gave the bowl to him. She looked very pale and thin. She haven't ate the whole time she was here and before that she barely didn't eat at all. She didn't even remember her last meal before this was. Nikki coughed and curled up in a ball. "I d-d-don't feel...g-good.." She whispered in a soft shutter.

[Cerius]

Jared pointed out the side window in the passenger seat. A homey looking apartment on the second floor of an abandoned shop was lit from the windows. "Look, that place looks safe. We could board up the shop floor and be safe there." He said to Rhyss.

(Nikki isn't going to turn into a zombie now is she?)
