Yes, the strings on my violin just rage quit periodically for the lulz. XD

(In actuality, I've had no end of trouble since winter hit. Any time the weather goes to an extreme, I have issues.. Temperamental wood expanding / contracting and stuff with the lack of moisture in the air and the temperature changes, even though the temperature is staying about the same in the room I keep it.. And the first string was the E string, this one was the one next to that which snapped this time. Gettin' real tired of your shit, winter..)

Do you use any kind of humidifier? I've got a little rubber thing with a sponge in it, keep it in the case and it keeps the humidity at a good spot.
