Description: Aurelia is a young Drow Elf in the prime of her life. She is abnormally tall for her race (a fairly lofty 6' 4", whereas her partner, Lord Haldor El'Anadar, is 5' 9", which is considered tall for a male) and has a slim figure, weighing in at just under 150 lbs. Aurelia has snow-white hair, which is a common trait amongst House Shadowstrider, and is probably inherited from Ilharess Jhulva. Her anthracite-coloured skin has almost a lustre to it, which can prove to be both frustrating in stealth missions, but is also somewhat alluring to others. She has a tendency to wear free-flowing clothes (dresses, skirts and the like) in civilian life, but in her military uniform (and also for her battlesuit) she prefers close-fitting clothes to lessen the chance of anything catching on the environment.

Skills: Aurelia has been trained at Blacksmoke Military Academy for the last 50-or-so years, and as such has gained vital knowledge of the galaxy around her and how to survive in it. Barely an adult (adulthood is 110 in the Drow States), Aurelia's natural skill with a rapier has been augmented by decades of training. In addition, Aurelia knows how to wield a plasma rifle and a sniper rifle to an... 'adequate' level. Aurelia is also skilled at stealth and assassination missions (though to a lesser extent than some of her comrades). Aurelia is very good at acrobatics and gymnastics - she can vault over things such as fences and gates objects easier than most people climb stairs, and she is capable of surmounting obstacles that most people use gravity drives to overcome. She is proud of her physical fitness and her acrobatic ability, not to mention it has saved her life several times.

History:
Aurelia was born on the planet of Blacksmoke on 14th June 1896 to Lady Vierinissa and Lord Garan Shadowstrider, both of whom were Captains in the Army of the Drow States and also nobles part of House Shadowstrider. Aurelia has three younger sisters, Sabuit and the twins Nareia and Kareia - Sabuit is 105 at this time, and Nareia and Kareia are 87. Like all Shadowstriders of Ilharess Jhulva's line, Aurelia is a powerful political figure, but often puts aside her political role for her love of adventure and exploration. Aurelia is currently in a relationship with Lord Haldor El'Anadar, who is the younger twin to Aurelia's childhood friend Raeviir El'Anadar. Aurelia's great-great-great-grandmother is the Ilharess Jhulva Shadowstrider, a super-millenarian (1513 years of age), and who is the foremost High Councillor on the Council of Twelve, the ruling dodecarchy of the Drow States.
Aurelia has little interest in politics, to be honest - she prefers leaving that to her more astute sister, Sabuit, and Aurelia concentrates on enjoying her long life. She likes to have fun, make friends and keep in touch with people who she has met on her adventures throughout the galaxy - most races regard her as a curious individual, and almost all have never even seen another like her - Drow visiting other regions of the galaxy aside from their own small little home in the far south-west are incredibly rare, and most, if not all races have virtually no knowledge of the Drow States. She is an inquisitive woman, always striving to understand the galaxy and the various regions within it, such as the Schetzen Verge and the pirate fleets within, or the Achenaran Imperium... Aurelia was partly responsible for the defection of Admiral Konstantin Koslenko following the outbreak of the Kislevite Civil War (which is coming to an end, with Belopolskiy assassinated by Lydia Sukhoia and his replacement, the Liberal Stresemann, offering to surrender immediately) after she convinced him to take his fleet to hitherto unknown co-ordinates (the Drow system of Andrastinon) and she convinced him to defect to the Drow States with his fleet. Aurelia planned to return to Kislev to take some others to the States with her, but, once again, her adventuring self got the better of her, and she took the Achenaran stargate system to Omega Station, where an Achenaran named Sir David Boone was waiting for crew for some expedition into unknown space. Aurelia remarked to herself it wasn't quite like Lydia Sukhoia journeying with Sir James Drake, but nevertheless, it sounded tremendously interesting for the young noblewoman, and so she decided to see where she could sign up...
