Pokemon: Harvest Moon OOC

Not far from the Johto region, a new island has been discovered by a team of scientists. They had originally been studying a group of migrating Pokemon, and had found it by accident when the Pokemon had stopped to rest there instead of continuing their journey. Excited about the new island they were led to, the scientists quickly headed back to report their findings. News about the island spread quickly, and soon people started heading over there to see what they could find.

The island, which was named Laguna, turned out to be very hospitable. Plants could grow easily there, and Pokemon not native to the region were sometimes found further in. This was enough to make some people decide to settle there. While there were only a couple of homes at first, the number of buildings grew until a town was formed two years later.

The town is still quite small though, and needs any help it can get. So anyone wanting to move in are always welcomed.

Occupation: Florist
Pokemon: A Jumpluff and Sunflora. Both try to help her tend to the plants.
Personality: April is a cheerful girl that loves to tell jokes, although they're usually puns or something else equally groan inducing. She doesn't care about how stupid her jokes are, or even if they're said at a bad time, as long as they cheer someone up or make people laugh. Unfortunately this often causes people to not take her seriously at all, even when she is trying to be. Because of this, April has a bad habit of complaining and staying in the background during more serious situations, unless she is needed.
History: April's past is nothing special. She was raised by her parents in Azalea Town. Her fascination with plants started at a young age, and she always helped grow things to sell in their garden. Once she was old enough to leave on her own Pokemon journey, she was given a Sunkern as a farewell gift. This was the only Pokemon she trained, besides a Hoppip she captured later on. After a few years, she heard about the island and decided to see it for herself. Before long she ended up staying there and running a flower shop. Besides flowers, she also sells different kinds of seeds.

Pokemon: Huna has a Shiny Blissey that she hatched herself at a young age, and also a Quilava that keep her eggs warm.
Personality: Huna is a pokemon lover and always wants to help out. She loves seeing new pokemon hatch and take care of them. Though she hates to see them go off with their trainers, it makes her sad to see them off. But on the bright side she gets to hatch more pokemon afterwards.
History: Her whole family are breeders and she followed in line with the rest of them. She works at the Pokemon Center most of time and helps heal pokemon with her Blissey. As her family are breeders, they have an incubator ready and set at her house, in case of emergency or needing to hatch an egg.

Age: 52
Occupation: General Goods Shopkeeper
Pokemon: A Noctowl and a Escavalier, the only two Pokemon he kept from his old days as a trainer.

Personality: Quick to find fault in others and generally grumpy. He believes that if someone wishes to have his respect, then that person needs to earn it. He especially despises overly cheerful people, always paranoid that there's some hidden agenda. He's cynical towards the world. To him it's better to see an ugly reality than a beautiful fantasy. If someone really does need his help, he won't hesitate to offer a hand and time, just not his ears or heart.

History: As a child he dreamed of having adventures and seeing the wonders of the world. He wished for the history books to remember his name as a Pokemon league champion. He was an average trainer at best and only got about 5 badges in his journey in his home region of Johto. That didn't daunt him, so he got a ticket to the Unova region. Once again he got mediocre results and this time his spirit was finally shattered. At age 19, he finally realized he wasted away his youth pursuing an impossible dream. He released all his Pokemon expect his two most close friends (perhaps his only friends), and got a ticket back to Johto. There he used what little prize money he won to start up a general store. Business was always just "okay" never being rich nor having to live in poverty. He lived like this for 32 years before hearing about this new island. He decided to travel to it and open up his shop once again, maybe attempting one last chance at adventure.

Pokemon: He keeps his main team with him witch are: Ampharos, Maganium, Pidgeot, Corphish, Torkoal, and Umbreon.
Personality: Kind and mellow. He treats pokemon and humans with the same kindness, and always tried to find the good in people, no matter what.
History: Saio was born and raised in Violet City, where as a kid he would play at the Sprout Tower. His parents would always take him there, and he loved being around the grass pokemon that would appear. Once he became pokemon trainer at 15 he could only picka grass pokemon. After going around the Johto and Hoenn Regions he decided to take a break from traveling and enjoy the rest of his life. He decided to open a poke'farm to help the pokemon of old trainers so they wouldnt be abandoned, and a home for pokemon that weren't being used by current trainers.

Personality: a kind, hyper active person, who enjoys people as much as pokemon.

History: Leo has always wanted to be a pokemon champion, or at least a gym leader, cause then he could feel like he help people become greater trainers, His mother was from unvova, and she explored the pokemon world, brining poor pokemon she found for him. Though his first pokemon, a Eevee, was a gift from his father, who was a Gym leader, He came home one day and gave him the eevee...His father retired after his gym burned down in a acident..He said to Leo that if he wanted to he could do whatever was left with the gym.
