"Look Victor with all due respect, I just think the levels you want to go with for this next round of testing tomorrow morning is a little too intense. We already know the radiation levels are about what we're expecting and…" "Look Bruce I know your worried about it but if the radiation levels are going to remain the same there's no point in redoing the same small levels when we can bump it up." The two men in the lab both stayed at separate computers, Dr. Bruce Banner, and Dr. Victor Von Damme. Both on opposite ends of a large circular dome where the experiments were being held in a safe environment away from them. Bruce glanced over at his associate. "Hmm… I suppose..."
Jennifer Walter, Cousin to Bruce Banner, leading scientist in the Field of Gamma Physics, honestly to her though it was a mouth full. Brucie was a more apt name for her to use, or just Bruce. She listened to the two brains argue, but while it may not have been the best idea, nor was this her field of knowledge she felt like stepping in "Um Victor, in all due respect, I trust my cousin's judgements. This may not be my area of knowledge, but what you suggest could have serious repercussions, not to mention the amount of money you could owe the company should things get out of hand" She sat there, in a nearby chair in her white Long sleeve v neck and brown slacks, topped off with tennis shoes, and a pony tail in her hair. "Well Miss Walters." Victor started into, looking clearly annoyed. "If I need legal advice I would happily come to you about it. However this isn't lawyer work now is it?" Victor sneered as he went back to work. Bruce grimaced a bit. "Victor you could've worded that a bit better." He sighed and glanced back at his cousin. "That is true enough Jen, but at the same time we need to produce usable results soon enough otherwise we will not be paid for our services."
She gave a sour look at Victor, he seemed like a rude sort, not like what she had seen of him in pictures. When Bruce said that they needed usable results, she did kind of agree with him "Well, I suppose you're right, but this just isn't sitting right with me" She'd had this feeling since she entered the room. Her expression softened some. "Well you going to be done soon cousin? Because you still need to treat me to lunch for the job at the firm in uptown, you know, the one you promised a month ago.” She stuck her tongue at Bruce like a little kid would. Bruce chuckled lightly, taking off his glasses to clean them on his tie before putting them back on. "Sure sure, let me just get this last bit done then we can head out…" Bruce was about to get back to his reports when Victor let out a small cough. "Say Bruce, why don't you just go ahead with your cousin? I'll finish the reports and start on the perimeters on tomorrow's tests." Victor stated as Bruce nodded, standing from his chair. "Sounds good to me, ready to go Jen?" Jennifer sighs in mock exasperation, “Finally...” but was actually partially true. Victor however was still setting off her internal alarm, but she couldn’t mention it with Victor around. "So I was thinking a nice expensive restaurant with fancy wines, to make up for the month, something like a seafood restaurant" Her gut was telling her not to leave Victor be, but she could not think of any kind of applicable reason to stay behind. Regardless "Than after we can go hit the mall and do a little shopping.”

There were the occasional changing glances between the white board, and the laptop on the table as Reed Richards’ mind really began to work into overtime. The lab deep within Empire State University was quiet at the moment, though that wasn’t much of a problem. Even though he has since graduated about... a year ago actually. They still let him use the labs when classes weren’t in session since his apartment was too woefully small for such a lab. Reed needed the quiet sometimes, helps for thinking. As Reed pulled up the information he rolled the office chair he sat in over to the board. Jolting down numbers into the complex math problem. The numbers all meant something, if he could figure out how to put it all together. He might be able to figure out a way to tap into the Earth’s electro magnetic spectrum as a means to make planes fly without needing nearly as much fuel. Maybe even lay the ground work for flying vehicles. After some time passed at staring at the board in front of him he sighed. Removing his glasses and wiping his brow with a forearm before putting them back on. It was getting late, and he had to head over to the mechanic to get his car. He sighed to himself as he left a note for the janitor to leave the math on the board alone. Leaving the lab with things in tow as he turned the lights off on the way out.
“Well well if it isn’t my sister’s loveably nerdy boyfriend.” Was the first thing Reed heard coming into the mechanic shop, glancing up and seeing the blond haired and smirking young man in front of him, draped in a filthy dark blue mechanic suit. “And if it isn’t the loveable dunderhead Johnny.” Reed replied as he wrapped his arms and smirked. “Aw thanks... I think?” Johnny replied clearly having no idea what a ‘dunderhead’ is. Reed has known the young, excitable, and somewhat dimwitted man since his been going out with Johnny’s older sister, Susan Storm. The son of legendary NASCAR driver Bobby “Quiet” Storm, Johnny has adapted his father’s mechanical skills to a tee. “Anyways Reed your car is ready, the power steering belt needed to be readjusted.” Johnny told him, motioning him over to where Reed’s rather modest looking car was. “Have to say though Reed ol’ buddy. When I heard you were bringing your car in I was expecting something more... awesome. Like with all kinds of electronic gadgets and knick-knacks. Not just... a plain old Honda Accord.” Reed had finished signing off on the paperwork for the car, getting the keys from one of Johnny’s co-workers. “Johnny not everything in my life has to consist of ‘knick-knacks’. Its a good, usually dependable car.” With that Reed got in and as the garage door open he rolled down the window. “By the way Johnny, a 'dunderhead' is the 17 century scottish slang term for well... an idiot.” With that Reed to Johnny screaming at him “I AM NOT AN IDIOT!” “Actually Johnny you kind of are...” “SHUT UP TONY!”
