In the age of pirates, started by the death of Gol D. Rogers, the world is filled with ruthless savages. Pirates who are plundering cities, pillaging villages murdering and destroying. Their only true need is destruction and discord. They are true evil, they are injustice. They are a cancer in this world. However, there are still people fighting for good, fighting for what's right, fighting for the rights of the people all over the seas, there are still some fighting for justice, men and women who everyday puts their lives on the line to put an end to this Pirate Mayhem.

This RP will obviously be set in the One Piece universe. It's gonna be an alternative universe, with the only plotpoint that's the same as in canon is that Gol D. Roger was the pirate king.
We will be playing as the marines of the 108th base, positioned in North Blue. Due to certain events that will unfold, we will be driven into the grandline, to continue our search for justice. Who knows, maybe we'll become the greatest marines in history, maybe we'll die in the process, or maybe we'll find that not everything is as black and white as it might seem.

Well, I was told by several friends that one piece is an anime worth watching, and since I never got the time to actually watch it, maybe an alternate timeline would be a good place to start it.
In short, I'm interested.
Since I promised to show real interest and not Shaman King interest, hereby my interest in this. I like the idea. It's unique.
