Every so often a person is born with a different colored blood, this is an odd mutation that signals something much greater, if a person IS born with a different colored blood they have the innate ability to use a power most humans can't, a agency has been founded for those with these odd powers and mutations, it is called the Rainbow agency, and you, are one of the new recruits,


What does the agency do?: Well what we do is study these odd occurrences in people and help them further their abilities, if someone needs help figuring out what they can do, we will help them

Why do you care about these people?: Well this Agency was formed by people with different colored blood, they where alone and curios just as you are, and they worked together to make a safe haven for you

I hope that if you are special in this way that you will come and join us, there will always be a place here for you
