Hello there. My name is Solbane Suzumiya, and I am opening the Sasayakana boarding house. For those who do not know, sasayakana means modest, so this is a very simple place. We are currently looking for new tenants, there are opportunities for any kind of job around this town, and we do not have any real requirements for our tenants. We have a small list of rules however, they are hung right inside the front door and are as follows:

No harming Sasayakana boarding house in any way, whether it be physical, financial, or in another form.
No sexual relations of ANY KIND on the premises. You wouldn't want to hear your neighbors having a good time, they feel the same about you.
Pay your rent on time. Anyone who does not pay will have their belongings put into the basement, and they will be chained to the wall. (Please be active, give warning if something is coming up or does come up and you cannot partake for a while.)
No acts of violence on the premises.
No causing harm to another tenant, whether it be physical, financial, spiritual, or a purposeful emotional harm. Whether you accidentally offended another person will be determined by our pet cat, Saibankan.

The rules are subject to change, so please check back on a weekly basis at the least.
As for applying to be a tenant, the first week is free, however, if you resign your residency you are not allowed to re-apply for a month.

Job: Owner of Sasayakana boarding house.
Bio: Solbane grew up alone, being outcasted by general society. Due to this childhood problem, Solbane is extremely open for who he allows into Sasayakana boarding house, as Solbane feels that nobody should be hated for who or what they are, and should be treated instead on who they are on the inside. She has an ability to know exactly what is going on inside her property, and will stop any violation of the rules. She has skill in fencing and archery, as well as with throwing knives.
Description: Solbane is 5' 7", with a noticeable but not obnoxious upper chest, around C's. Her hair is to her waist and colored a faded deep blue. She typically is wearing a silk robe around, her favorite ones are her blue one and her grey one.

Gender: M
Job: The overseeing judge in disputes when Solbane is not around.
Bio: Saibankan is Solbane's pet cat, who has learned how to speak English, as well as Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Finnish, Latin, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, and Italian.

EDIT: I am looking to get this going so that the characters can keep it going, so nobody will be a main character.

Bio: Mifune was a girl who always wanted to become a fiction writer, her parents being of a noble class looked down on her style of writing as it is not up to there standards, she ran away at age 18 to prove to her parents that she could get along just fine on her own as a writer without their support, she found out writing of fiction isn't the best way to make a living and she now works in a small restaurant with her deceased friends father
Description: She is slightly short for her age and has a rather simple look to her, she is more on the slim side and has big blue eyes, she has brown hair kept to chin length and a short ponytail with a precious pin in it, she usually wears a simple white shirt with jeans and an apron, the apron has many pockets for holding different gardening tools

Name: Seijun Kato
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Job: Mechanic, Part Time Reservist in the Combat Engineers

Bio: Fascinated by engines and machines from a young age, Seijun spent a great amount of time in the machine and small engines tech courses in his high school. Due to not having the grades to get into a university or college, he got an apprenticeship with a local mechanic, eventually opening his own shop. A slight problem with being self employed, his income usually fluctuated greatly, resulting in a very uneven standard of living for him. In an attempt to stabilize this, he applied for the only job around that was hiring at the moment: The reserve corps. Despite his attempts to enter as a mechanic for the armor corps, that course was full, and he was shifted to the combat engineers. Despite it not being his trade of choice, he actually enjoyed it greatly, and learned many things from the experience. Seijun has a relatively cheerful personality, and is always willing to help. His skills as a mechanic, as well what he learned in the reserve have set him up as somewhat of a handy man. He came to the boarding house after another drop off in business, and needed to get a cheaper place to stay.
