This new Dictator rebuilt the military and reestablished Mikaelnomics (Laissez-faire with a populist/nationalist twist) the economic system of John mikael.

"Gentlemen, show them why that's a bad idea." Admiral Liu'den, head of the Sacheyenyani navy cooed into the radio. He had been posted on one of the merchant ships for the sole purpose of testing a new weapon. Not necessarily a weapon, but it had the same lethality. Without warning, the Kriegers would hear a horrible shredding noise throughout their hulls, as though it were being shredded and ripped apart. In truth, they kind of were.
The Tiger Shark Submarine was an experimental submersible being used by the Sacheyenyanis. The torpedoes they fired were akin to the iceberg that hit the titanic hitting a rubber raft. As the metal spread out, it would tear the hulls of the Krieger ships, and allow copious amounts of water into them. RPGs were fired at the decks of the enemy ships as soldiers made a surprise entrance on the scene to surprise and crush the enemy blockade. Liu'den smiled a grim smile as he lit his pipe and watched the fight begin.

Kriegerian sailors jumped in the water. Other ships were being bordered by Sachs. So some fought to the death. It was a fierce battle.

Sailors that jumped were shown no mercy. The Tiger Shark is the fastest shark known to man, and the Tiger Shark Submersible lived up to the name, as they were able to maneuver perfectly at speeds of 90 Knots per hour. Using their turrets, the submersibles fired upon soldiers in the water, not giving them a chance to retreat. It was as though a frenzy of feeding sharks was attacking the Kriegerian soldiers, and the waters ran red. The torpedoes did not relent either as they continued firing on enemy ships.
Above the water, the Sacheyenyanis continued pelting the enemy ships with gunfire and RPGs. They were told that if the enemy attacked, they were to kill everyone of the aggressors, and to take no hostages.
