With a serious expression he slung Harley over his shoulder and lept off the side of the building, landing on one knee on the ground below. Bruce was always leaving him behind to do the dirty work while he got to go out and have all the fun, ah well, such was the life of a sidekick. He didn't really mind, Bruce had, after all, been kind to him in his strange serious father type kind of way. "Sorry Harles, I've got other things to tend to, and it will be a lot easier without me having to chase you around Gotham." As the words left his mouth the cops were pulling up. The driver of the patrol car stopped beside Robin and rolled down the window. "Thanks for catching her, Robin, saved us a lot of trouble you did" The man said. The other cop got out and opened up the back. With the slightest of smirks Robin placed Harley carefully down in the back seat of the car. He watched as they drove off with her. "That's one problem out of the way, now... wonder where Joker ran off too..."

In the front of the car the two men were conversing about something they had seen in a news report about crime in the city. "Even with Batman and Robin, the crime rate just won't seem to go down." The driver said with an unamused face. "It's because these clowns won't give it up" Said the other. "If we could just keep them locked up..." His thought trailed off when the car started acting strangely. The windshield wipers moved on their own, the lights flickered on and off among other strange things. "What in blazes..?" There was a bright flash and a young woman appeared in front of their car. A young woman with bright blue hair that stuck straight up and skin just as paper white as the Joker's. "Hey pinheads, I think you have a friend of mine in there" She stuck out her hand and placed in on the front of the car, stopping it in it's tracks. The men gasped and got out of the car with their guns pointed at her. "Puh-lease, you have got to be kidding me" With the flick of her wrists both their guns were shocked out of their hands. In a jiffy she had both of the men unconscious, their bodies still convulsing on the ground from the electric shock. Live wire walked to the back of the car and opened it freeing Harley from her bonds. "Just the girl I was looking for."
