This is the Rainbow Agency, A place made for people with odd "mutations" like ours, what are these mutations you ask? these mutations are the kind that unlock parts of your brain that we are usually unable to, a side effect of these mutations are the odd colours of blood people gain, this Agency is a place where we study these people with different colours of blood and what they can do, this Agency was founded by people like you, people who are curios and people who felt alone, people with powers similar to yours, we ask that you join us and learn more about your kind and of course more about yourself, of course you will not be able to coast through life here, we are expected to use our powers and defend our city from the many gangs of others with powers like us, now if you would please, fill out this application:

Navy: people with this blood colour have control over an element of sorts, common examples are control of fire and water
Sky:People with this blood colour have accelerated use of their bodies, such as enhanced speed or strength
Forest: This blood colour is the most basic of all, it has one power in its list, psychokinesis, the power of mind over matter
Lime: this blood colour indicates the ability of transformation, the extent of transformations per person known so far is two
Canary: if you have blood of this colour it means you have the ability to assist others, be it through healing or rejuvenation
Ashe: with this blood colour you have the ability of the spirit, being able to talk to the dead or taking a ghostly form yourself
Indigo: this is one of the more rare colours of blood, the creation and control over a familiar, a being you create from your imagination that helps fight for you and keep you standing when you feel you will fall ( I don't want many of these to be honest, like I said they are supposed to be rare )
Clear: These are extremely rare, they have control over light, being able to use it to burn enemies or to block atacks, it is very powerful, but those with this power only live for a short amount of time, the known highest age is 21 ( only one of these, first come first serve )
Dark: there is only one of these known so far, and they are a very dangerous person...we try not to mention this blood colour (remains a mystery for now, no one can be this of course )

all of these gangs stick with one colour of blood, they all are predatorial and have ambitions of taking control of our facility, we are not the only ones on the offensive, be careful in streets

Bio: She was discovered when she was talking to a person who looked exactly like the Mona Lisa. The people witnessing the event say that she just evaporated. She ran off, but eventually was caught talking to a animate tree, who gave her apples. She was sent to the research center, and has not made any attempts to escape. She spawns entity's often and they don't really serve any purpose other than a friend, sometimes giving food, or toys. These entity's disappear eventually, to be replaced by a new one regularly.

Lui first obtained her powers when she was 5 years old, she was walking home one day and a man grabbed her. Struggling to free herself she grabbed the man's arm, within a few seconds the man had run off screaming in pain. She could see a black smoke coming off of his arm. She smelled burnt flesh and wondered her powers were a curse or gift.
