Zaroff trekked through the woods, following a murky stream. He had been following the survivors for quite some time now. He was positive his prey would be nearby. Suddenly he stopped, he saw them, so before they saw him he dove into a bush. Zaroff quietly peeked out of the bush and took notice of his surroundings. There was about twenty feet between him and the survivors. He decided to observe them a bit first before going in for the kill.

Will peered down from his spot in a nearby tree across the stream at the small group that had formed, content to, for now, watch and wait. He listened to them speak a while, and before he could decide whether to bolt and keep on himself, or to drop in and help, the choice was made for him. A motion in the corner of his eye. His head snapped up and he peered at the spot, seeing the blur of a man diving into a bush farther down stream- probably another guy out to kill them all. The choice was made now, of course. He couldn't just leave people for dead to a guy with a gun, no sir.
So he did the obvious thing, he jumped out of his tree and landed with a roll in the grass some ten feet from the group, straightening up and giving a half hearted wave.
"So, unless you duck and run in a couple seconds, we're all about to get shot."
Simple and said with such a care free tone, it probably seemed comical. Especially coming from a guy who jut basically came from nowhere.

Tuesdaih looked up in suspicion. Her eyes narrowed. This guy seemed so....comical, careless. Who the hell was this guy. But she tapped Eddie, taking the man's warning seriously. "Eddie we need to go." She bit her lip nervously, knowing if the hunter came out, she would be the first to die, since she could not protect herself.

Kira left her and Eddie to deal with the wound. She was about to head to the river when Eddie asked her, 'You any good with that thing?' indicating her bow. 'Well, I used to spend most of my time in a forest with this thing.' Kira answered. 'I would get a few good things with this, it depends what you call a good hunt.' Said Kira as she blushed, she didn't like to brag. But this was her only proper talent. It was something she was proud of. 'I think I should do some hunting in the morning though, im not keen at night.' Admitted Kira. Deciding that she wasnt being of much help she went round the 'campsite' and gathered sticks for the fire. She found a decent amount of sticks and she plonked them in front of Eddie. 'Thats all I could find without going too far, I can get some more if you want?' Said Kira shyly. Looking around she could see that everyone was either tired or resting, she knew that without food, they would fail the test of survival, but Kira was determained not to let that happen. She would go out in the morning, armed, and hunt for an hour or two. She figured that she would probally be the main source of food while here, so she needed to work hard.

“Well I suppose vinegar from plants can be used to cover the smell of blood too”. John looked at bit displeased. “But you have to understand that I stored a lot of piss for this. And now I learn that no one wants to get pissed on”. He addressed the words to Tuesdaih.

The man circled the group and sat down on rock. He looked from Tuesdaih to Eddie and to the new guy crashing the party.

“Well if you wanna hear the advice of an old bear-hunter I would say we stay here, and stay as quietly as possible. The water stream will cover our noises to a certain extent, and you guys didn't seem to leave any obvious tracks, so I bet it will take a while to find us; a long while”.

John sighed and looked around, now with a bit of concern.

“Do you have any idea what's happening here? What the point is of all this? I sure fucking don't”.

Zaroff cursed under his breath. Damn fool. He waited, not moving at all. Waiting for one of them to foolishly come too close. Who does that man think he is giving away my position like that? he thought, opening his rifle, loading both barrels. He merely sat there, behind the bush. Observing their reactions to the grim news.

Kira stared at the man who was sitting at the rock, anyone would think that at his age he would, well, be like normal people. But there seems to be a lack of those normal people in this world. Ignoring what the other person had said about ducking and running, Kira listened to what the man had to say, staying here? She wasnt entirely sure about that, it was probally better to be on the move often. 'I dont know about you, but moving is a good idea. I dont suggest it now though. This seems to be a good place to hunt to me and we need the food.' Said Kira, she smiled faintly at Eddie and Tuesdiah.

Tuesdaih glared at John. "Nobody asked for your input dumbass." she growled. She looked over at the new guy with a soft sigh. She was dying to scream at the hunter hiding in the bushes. Kill me! I'd be so happy if you did!

“Good job with the firewood” Eddie who is still thirsty tells Kira. Listening to John Eddie chuckles at the idea of him pissing on Tuesdaih’s leg and is not surprised with her hostile reaction to the idea. “I have no idea what the hell is going on” Eddie says to John as a strange man jumps out of one of the trees surprising him with his sudden appearance. Eddie is not at all amused with the mans carefree attitude, in fact, considering their current situation it angers him. Eddie demands that the man give him more information so they may decide what to do. Retrieving the hand gun that was tucked into his pants Eddie gets ready for another fight and he says to the stranger who came from the tree, “What the hell did you see!”

Hearing Tuesdaih’s warning that they should go Eddie lends her a hand to help her to her feet in case more fighting breaks out. As Eddie waits for a response from the stranger he scans the area looking for any potential threats, but he doesn’t see anything. Eddie, happy that Kira went out of her way to gather them fire wood is tired of running and agrees with John and Kira that they should rest here where they have water from the stream.

Tuesdaih doesn't sit back down. She has a disgusted look on her face, and felt like crying. Her eyes smoldered with sadness, and she flared at them all. "I'm not risking it." she muttered. She could just feel that something was wrong. She limped over to where the hunter was hiding unaware. She knew this map by heart, and knew a safer place. But she didn't know, a man with a gun was right in front of her.
