Earth Protection and Investigation Committee (EPIC) vs Total Eclipse of Humanity Organization (TEHO)

Greets fellow members of EPIC, this is Rebecca-des speaking to welcome you to our organization! My job is in the personal relations department and I am here to tell you everything you need to know about us. Please, listen carefully and I’m sure we’ll all get along fine.

As you know, EPIC, or the Earth Protection and Investigation Committee, is an organization devoted to the protection of the world and mankind from threats that the normal populace should not have to deal with such as the ever impressive Kaiju or giant monster. To combat such enemies we have of course incorporated the bravest, brightest, and strongest to be part of EPIC and that of course includes you! Everyone from the greatest fighters of EPIC to the runner of our local coffee shop are all important to the successful running of Earth’s most advanced and powerful neutralizer of fantastical threats to our world’s well-being.

While our organization has bases around the world in order to effectively police on a world scale we have the Hyper Advanced Maneuverability Mobile Operation Center, or HAMMOC as we affectionately call our abode, be it on the ground or in the sky! The HAMMOC has the latest in technology and comes equipped with everything a mobile base needs: A command center, hanger, science lab, medical facilities, living quarters, and a built in coffee shop thanks to one of our generous sponsors. Soon you will no doubt be calling the HAMMOC your new home as we fight evil across the globe.

World Details

Well as you probably have figured out this will be kind of a modern-day based roleplay with sci-fi and fantasy elements included. You will play as a member of EPIC who's sole goal is to protect the Earth from destructive forces, the main source being TEHO. If you feel the need I am more than happy to allow you to control NPCs it interact with your characters and act as story drivers. The main plot, villains and so on will be mostly done by me so I can control the flow of the story and keep things moving. I want to sort of make this role play episodic and once we get more into it I may even work with some of you to create some character specific episodes to spice things up. I hope that we can work together and make this role play a smash hit! See ya out there!

Job: Public Relations officer of EPIC

Abilities/Skills: Rebecca’s job is to keep relations smooth with the public and to be the representative of EPIC in various circumstances. As a PR officer she is quite adept at negotiation, debate, and of course makes a good poster girl for EPIC. She is a wiz with computers, has an innate sense for reading people and tends to get along with everyone. While her job is not to fight, if the situation calls for it her advanced robotics can be put to good use in combat or a more supportive role.

Flight – Rebecca is capable of incredible flight speeds by the use of special, attachable flight wings with an experimental propulsion system with incredible performance rates.


Strength – Rebecca is an android after all and therefore is way stronger than the average human. Capable of lifting a van full of people Rebecca certainly is not a lightweight if it comes to a tussle.

High-Grade Weaponry – Rebecca holds many weapons within her body which she can take out at will, ranging from high-yield explosive missiles to an experiment laser with an inconsistent track record.

Customizable Body – Depending on the need and situation, she can be outfitted in a number of different ways, making her more suited to a particular roll at different times such as offense, defense, support, or even fashion.

Hacking – Being an android, Rebecca is able to plug into enemy systems to hack through their security, take over equipment, and so on; course, it depends on the quality of the enemy computers if she can get in or not.

Cooking Skills – Everyone’s a bit confused on how she manages to do it, but somehow she has a cooking level on par with a master chef and can brew a killer coffee to boot.

Bio: Rebecca Neeme is the product of one of Earth’s most ambitious projects, to create the greatest artificial intelligence. Brought online about five years ago, Rebecca was the darling of the project, very quickly developing her own personality and thinking her own thoughts. At only 2 weeks she started to call herself Rebecca-des, to the amusement of all, and was already performing highly complex tasks at a fast pace.

She was getting near the point where her developers were going to go live when TEHO sniffed out the lab and attempted to kidnap her. Thankfully a silent alarm kicked in and as the lab had ties with the Japanese government who knew of the great importance of the project and so the alarm alerted EPIC to the crisis. Thanks to the quick work of EPIC, Rebecca was saved however, pretty much all data and personal associated with the project were destroyed, leaving little left to recover. Rebecca took a look at the carnage and promptly told EPIC personal that she wanted to join up with them, to help in any capacity she could to put a stop to such events occurring ever again.

It took a little bartering with the government but EPIC was able to receive permission for Rebecca to join EPIC and very quickly she wormed her way into everyone’s hearts and amazed them with her social and computer skills. While she was certainly useful in the field, EPIC felt that the best way to make use of her was to be the new poster child of EPIC, by being in a supportive role and helping run EPIC by being their new public face. They also somewhat felt it there duty to keep her out of the more dangerous situations as she is the only real result of that project and don’t want to lose her. Still, she gets her way from time to time and sometimes goes on missions.
