The Year: 2113
The Situation: time travel was rumored to have been invented 1 year ago, yet nowadays rumors are hard to come by when nations that were once allies are now enemies, important people are no longer important on the world stage as peace is splintered and bridges to a better world have been burned. In a place now called The Republic Collective, that was once called America, time travel has officially been invented, and a select group of individuals have been tasked to correct the incorrect, to fix the broken, and to travel back in time to figure out how the world went to hell, but what happens when their machine backfires and drops them in random spots along the timestream? Worse yet, they don't know when it will correct itself during these breakdowns...

Name: Abby Nicholas

Specialty: Era Technician
Personality: Abby can be very friendly, as long as you don't piss her off. At times, she can come across as cranky, especially when she's trying to do something and you bother her. Abby is rather scatter brained, and sometimes overlooks the easiest solution because things aren't usually simple. If there's a group discussion going on, she'll take a backburner, and only give input if asked, or if she out right disagrees with what is being said. She is very smart in the right subjects. Give her a math problem and she's at home, ask her just about anything not of relevance, and she'll give you an odd look because she just doesn't care.
Short Bio: Abby hated her childhood. She lived right off a military base, and all her friends were military kids, and everytime they moved away, she was forced to make new friends. This has made her good at team building, and she can work with practically anyone as long as they don't out right insult her. She was very studious in school, and excelled in math and science. During her teenage years, Abby found herself a little obsessed with machines, and fixing them, and that has lead to her career now.

Personality: Adam is a military man through and through, so the chain of command plays a key role in and out of his life, and expects respect and loyalty from those of lower rank or social standing, and will return it with the same amount. If disrespected, he'll either brush it off or neutralize the threat, thus making him effective and choice number 1 for his position.
Short Bio: Adam is an orphan, his parents were killed in a manner similar to our 9/11, and so he was placed into The System, a militarized government run boot camp and orphanage. He quickly rose through the ranks with the reputation of the Alpha dog, and then joined the military for 3 years. In that time, he witnessed the horrors of war, the loss of friends, and just had to keep moving and keep his past behind him, until now...

Personality: Briggs craves action which is why he joined the military, a normal life just wouldn't suit him. He is very young minded, immature and also slightly naive but manages to keep a cool head in high pressure situations and can be serious when the situation calls for it. He doesn't deal well with emotions, preferring to make a joke than talk about anything serious but is a genuinely caring person and cares deeply for his friends and team mates.
Short bio: Briggs was born in the UK to an average middle class family, he had an ordinary happy childhood in a small town. When he left school he decided to train to become a doctor, so he spent the next few years of his life at medical school. After graduation despite having job offers from several well respected hospitals he decided instead to join the military, a move practically unheard of for someone trained in advanced medicine. His reason for joining the military was that he found the idea of settling down in an ordinary hospital boring and wanted some adventure in his life. This adventure started by leaving England and joining the military in the Republic collective instead, where he proved himself to be a very competent battlefield medic.
Preferred weapon: Plasma shotgun, better at close range without having to aim much.

Personality: Being a medic, she's naturally observant and cautious before entering any situation. She's a thinker first and likes to think through all available options before acting. She's not the most skilled with weapons, but she manages to make up for this through her medical expertise, hence being on the team.

Perferred Weapon: A pair of plasma pistols.
