The above world has about 10 Regions, each is run different then the others, the closer to the Zone, AKA City Zero, the Major City where all the rulers, and Government reside and rule over the other cities. The further you go, the more control there is and the worse the towns get. Village 9 is the outer most region and placed almost right on the Zone boarder, all the way against the outer wall.

In a world where everyone looks the same, and their lives are controlled to the simplest things, there's a different world. An under ground world. One few know about, and one few see. All around them people are like mindless zombies, doing as their told, going to jobs they were assigned to, dressing exactly the same, doing exactly the same. Day in and day out. But there's those people that break out of this mind control, the few that are able to see the world around them. These people live in the upper world, and pretend. But they also disappear, into the lower regions, to the tunnels no one remembers. Here they survive. They can be themselves. But what happens when the government, the people controlling everyone for their own pleasure, finds out about them, about their secret lives, about their secret world. Will they send the armed forces, a different village, to come after them? Will they take away their free will? Or will they leave them alone? No one knows, but one thing is for sure. The government knows, they aren't happy, and something will happen.
Its your story, your background, your life. The way you come and go is up to you. How you live or what you do is up to you. Along with how old you are (please no really young, or really elderly though). A life like no other, fighting to survive in a world that doesn't accept differences. What will happen next??
There is 10 villages total, each one is connected by an underground tunnel system that was long forgotten by the people, and the government. Later these underground people, who figured out they were different from the others, started living down there, creating their own societies. Many have lived down there all their lives, others come and go, living in the upper world. Of course, it isn't like most places. Its a free world, one that teaches you things the upper world can't.
Will you join the fight? Will you help survive? Or will you be on the other side, fighting against the free-willed, for the good of your community?
The palace Underground:
This is the backside, which is hidden from the upperworld, but allows those to see outside, and to hunt and everything else that you can not do in the underground city. Only few know of this side of the castle, and only a limited number of hunters and huntresses are allowed out at a time, while being watched by the head Huntress from a window.
The front of the palace, the palace itself is hidden behind a large wall of rock, a large gate is the only way inside. When you get inside the gate/walls of the palace, you see the palace looking like it is built around the rock of the outer wall. Like it was cut in half and just placed there. Once inside, it seems like all the halls are endless. Only the servants, and guards, and those that actually live there know how to travel the halls without getting lost.
The under ground is also known for having a ranking system. But its not like normal. There is "royalty" the ones that created and designed this world, then there are the other ranks. But these ranks don't really matter since everyone treats others like normal. There's police, there's violence, etc.
The Hunters Headquarters:
This building houses and trains the hunters that guard the royal palace, that go out and hunt for the cities food (aka meat) and that brave the tunnels on patrols.

Each person that lives in the underground world carries ID's. It tells their information and jobs. Hunters and Huntresses also have 6 marks, 3 on each arm. As deep cuts, to prove how strong and brave they are.

Hmm, i was thinking more of a war veteran who is amazing with camouflage.
