The empires history was a long and bloody one. Iro started out as a small city-state in the Vosta region the region was in turmoil, which meant they had to fight to survive the Geo-political situation. During witch the first emperor rises to power of Iro and set out and conquer the vosta region then moving on to conquer the entire world and after his death he was entomb in there capital . And his descended have ruled iro senses. Onto the modern century the empire started to go into space and establish colonies on distant planets, but soon the colonies itch for their independence hey soon form the Arcan. What issue was a massive civil war with loyalist and separatist the war was long and bloody but ended in victory for the empire after the bloody stamp out of rebels. Iro has rebuild from the war as well as destroy the last remains of the rebels, the war left a deep scar on their society. Now 20 years after the end a young new emperor has taken the throne to lead the empire.

The imperial officers have a thicker armor than the stander troopers but weaker than striker legionaries, there officer have the same gear as there men. But they also carry power claws or a power sword like the officers of the stander army and strike force uses the same weapons. All branches use the powerful SR-3 series pistols, the heavy machine guns are projectile and they have two models the first is the portable MG-1A1 for squad use and the larger MG-2V4 mounted gun witch is mounted on amour and other ground vehicles, AT squads have adapted a mining laser it's very effective in melting though armor. They are masters of trench and blitzkrieg tactic to grind down there enemy.
Also access to artillery such as the 99MM, 100mm, 150mm, and the 200mm canons . An AA guns both missile and gun, with that guns can be aimed at a low angle.
The Imperial Strategic Intelligent or ISI is Iro's intelligence agency the origination, they also run black ops as well as other covert activity and carries the ARm-63. History; Time for the Heplions was nothing to them before the first Technophage was discovered. Information: Technophages in the Army have been known to live to 400 years old, normally Technophages live to around 300. Career paths for each Technophage is chosen at the age of 15 (In human years). Army, Navy, Corps of Engineers. Those are the career paths, the Corps of Engineers does everything that supports the nation, Grows food, Mines, Builds, and also acts as doctors to the army forces. Those chosen for the Army are tested, trained, retested, retrained and permanently clad in Technophage armor. Those chosen for the Navy are trained to an extreme level and given a position onboard a ship or a dock. Every ship in the Technophage Navy carries Army troops. Exceptional men in the Army are chosen to undergo the Dementor refitting, their armor is stripped to the basic compliments keeping the soldier alive, replaced with a special suit and the man is enhanced with cybernetics and given a new title, Dementor Elite. After time spent as a Dementor Elite many Elites move up to become Alphas, then up to become Primes, there are only three primes but when deployed can kill hundreds without rest or fear of death.
Fleet: Extremely large ships, Capital ships and Supercarriers are commonplace, along to defend those and support are battleships, cruisers, battlecruisers and the only small ships in the fleet are Technophage Dementor Corps ships and fighters. A common fighter is armed with thermal rockets and 45mm Railguns. Battleships are normally armed with 250 - 500mm railguns and so are most other ships.

Type of Government: A Constitutional principality. (This is inspired from the UK political system)
The government is devided into 2 houses. The house of commons and the house of lords which their duties will be explained:
1-The house of commons (parliament): Handles all state affairs and the affairs of Arcturus and it's home planets. It also handles all financial aspects within the principality. The house of commons is made up of various political parties with each of them having their own political views. The ruling party of the house of commons has the right to select it's own ministers, except for the title lord commander(explained in the house of lords). (Members 650)
2-The house of lords: Handles all colonial affairs. They also appoint the lord commander (The supreme commander of the armed forces, it is a ministerial rank that is the same as the secretary of war) and have the double vote effect when selecting a prime minister. (meaning 1 vote from the house of lords equals 2 votes from the house of commons). A member from the house of lords can still participate in the house of commons if he was a member of a political party and can assume a state office. (All members from the house of lords have various political party affiliations). (600)

Mining corporations usually clash over in the house of lords court for colonial affairs for mining rights of the planet. The current mining corporation that is operating in Salamus is the Earth mining corporation known as "Concord". Salamus has a population of 100 million with most of them miners and Concord employees. It also has a large naval Yard with reaching 400,000 active personal. The naval yard is used to build battle cruisers but does not have the ability and manpower to build capital ships.
Corrari:An off limits world. Only the military are stationed there and it serves as the main launching grounds for any military campaign. It has 16 Million active marines and is also known to store alien artifacts. It also serves as a test site for new weaponry. It's environment is also Similar to Earth but has many deserts.
Kalypso:A gas giant. It's being used for gas conversion make it a very profitable resource.

Echeron system (6 planets. 2 Habitable for humans).
Trench falls(3 planets rich in rare minerals but have hazardous conditions and are very dangerous to humans) planets within this system are under corporate administration. Corporations use PMCs to keep the peace in the mining facilities. (PMC contractor is Earth's finest)
Nomani cluster.(2 planets each has 2 moons. It is a notorious place since it's the home for a large group of pirates)

Sociology: The government is democratic and focuses on the rights of it's citizens allowing many of them to gain lordship status if they proved to be worthy of the title. The state of Arcturus encourages it's citizens with the practice of monotheism, it encourages the practice of Islam, Christianity,Judaism. Even though it has a near like monarchy system, a lord has no rights more than the average normal citizen. (except when you have the title of lord, things go allot smoother)
Some think that Arcturians are xenophobic since they only grant citizenry to humans only and also to human like species. However, Arcturus has given living permits for million of aliens from all around the universe to live in Arcturus and it's colonies and eventually gaining the "Arcturian special citizenship" This however is a process to tag the human from the alien since aliens can not enter into the house of commons nor can they gain lordship, they can however practice judicial law and some of them are actually judges and lawyers, the military does not accept enlisted aliens though that may change in the future.
Technology: Very advanced. They still work on terraformation technology. Its space technology is a great leap for the early 2000s since space travel has been commercialized. Arcturian scientists are currently working on making the human genes more immune to alien germs and diseases and perhaps make humans breathe in alien atmosphere. (though that seems far ahead)
Space program: Capital ship maneuverability and speed. Working on powering it's space weaponry. Currently there is the Orion defense wall which is being built in a belt like position over Arcturus, it is composed of space fighter bases and space canons along with mines.
History:300 years ago, Arcturus was part of the human colonial empire that spanned over many countless stars. During the secession war that was being fought by many colonies against Earth to gain it's dependency. (Like the United stated independence from the British)
It's governor lord Richard (a relative to the British crown) had an idea to make Arcturus independent without the use of violence in war. Earth was highly dependent on Arcturus to supply Earth's navy with gas from Kalypso. (since it was the only colony with rich gas deposits not to secede from Earth's control)
Richard saw that as an advantage, since Arcturus was far away from the front lines (It was also a bit far from Earth) and had only it's small colonial army to defend it (By that time the population of Arcturus was 12 million) he orchestrated a plan with a group of mining corporations to make his plan come true. (Since the mining corporations weren't from Earth they were all Arcturian or colonial contractors)
Lord Richard negotiated with Earth, Arcturus is to gain dependency, but will offer to supply Earth with gas for free during the war. If Earth does not agree than Arcturus will cut off it's gas production and will sell it to the nearby alien nations and the rebels. Because of it's dependency on gas, Earth chose to recognize Arcturus in hopes of not losing this war. Earth gained back control of some of it's colonies and the nation of Arcturus was born.
Army: The Army of his Majesty(Colonial army). Home Guard (The guard of Arcturus). Shadow Legion (part of army intelligence)

The lord commander is the supreme commander of the armed forces. (Same normal military hierarchy and units placement)
Fleet: Considered the pride of the principality. The Arcturian navy operates many capital ships and super carriers and focuses on the construction of battle cruisers. Admirals are given command of Arcturian super ships (Super ships are a combination of carriers and capital ships with a very huge firepower) Due to the their expensive cost they only serve as command ships with only 5 have been commissioned. (though they have a true formidable firepower)
Currently the Arcturian navy is working with the main military training them for joint planetary assault campaigns. Arcturian navy is a seperate branch with it's own lord commander. (How ever a lord commander can be appointed to lead both the navy and the army).
The count of the Arcturian navy reaches 3 million though there are plans to expand the navy. Pressure from the public would lead in the future for the construction of military ships to be suspended on Arcturus and to be commenced elsewhere.
Super class capital ships:
Considered to be the pride of Arcturian engineering. These super ships make use of the most advanced technologies of the universe. The cannons have an assisting AI to increase it's effectiveness during combat. It has a hangar capacity for 20000 fighters. Can store within around 175.000 passengers. (Excluding the operating crew of 35.000)
It also makes use of quantum devices making it able to communicate from point A(Point A is the far left of the galaxy) to point B (Point B is the far right of the galaxy). Since they deploy the use of Quantum communications. If Aurora command went down these ships would serve as a moving HQ and would maintain the Arcturian battle net. There are plans to produce 6 more capital ships. But such a restraint on resources is uncalled for so the plans are delayed.

Leader(s): The two elected leaders are John Sanders and Matt Tennant. Sanders is in charge of the interior (taxes, buildings, transportation) of the empire while Tennant is in charge of exterior (military, expansion).
Homeworld: Raxacorico, a planet about the size of Earth with a population of 6 Billion.

A massive space station called the Valiant Discovery with a million people on it.
There are two planets that the Arcadian Unity have colonized. The first is Falla with a population of about 3 billion and the other is Paltorious with a population of 4 billion.
population: A total population would be about 15 Billion.
Sector: P6 with green as a color.
Notable systems: Forno and Tard. Forno is a system of two habitable planets, each with a population of 1 billion. Tard is a huge system full of minerals on the 5 planets in it's system.
Physical characteristics: Have an average height of 6 feet. They all have two hearts and a regenerative system. Whenever one is close to dying they regenerate, causing massive energy swells around them. This regeneration creates a whole new body for themselves that is perfectly healthy. They can only regenerate about four times though.
Sociology: The Arcadians have a republic like the US but they have two elected leaders instead of one (see above).
Technology: They are about 2000 years ahead. They have massive discoveries such as portal technology (such as Star Trek but can teleport between planets in a system), powerful small mechanisms that can quickly fix/unlock using sonic (examples are the sonic screwdriver for fixing and the sonic laser), and implanted breathing mechanism for any environment.
Space program: Large defensive weaponry around systems. Powerful ships but not that big.
History; The Arcadians have been working on science and technology for an extremely long time. They have had hardly any civil wars and almost always remained in unity. They are peaceful unless attacked. They used to have a population of 10 trillion when the Dakels attacked them. The Dakels were a very advanced population as well but they changed themselves to become the ultimate weapon. The Arcadian's and the Dakels fought for a century and the Arcadians finally emerged victorious. But it was for a steep price with there population almost gone. The Arcadians made sure the Daleks were extinct and the Arcadians have continued to progress in technology.
Army: The Falton League
Information- The League is a very intimidating force. While it lacks in numbers the troops are very efficient.
Recruitment- Every Arcadian is required to go into some training but it is their choice to continue or go into something else.
Size- 1 Billion total with 90% ready and 10% in training.
Structure- The exterior leader (Matt Tennant) is the supreme commander. The troopers are put in squads of five, making a very deadly team. A lieutenant coordinates 10 squads. A captain is in charge of 20 lieutenants. A colonel commands 50 captains. There are ten divisions, all of them have a leader to them. Two are constant defensive divisions and two are constant aggressive while at war scouting and patrols while at peace. Five divisions are on call ready for any fight. The last division is about .5% of the army being the special ops group.
Fleet: The Arcadia Fleet
This is a very powerful fleet. Not in size or the number of able bodies, but the swiftness and total power of them. The capital ships only hold about 1,000 men each.
The total population of the fleet is half a billion.
