Just to clear this up, Icirion only has 2 million soldiers, but their medical care is incredible, and their small ships pack a punch, however like I said, the other empires have a significantly larger military.

Actually I take back my military, they will only have 500,000 troops, however they will have only one large ship(the rest of their military ships are small) "The Imperious" is the flag ship, however due to their peacefulness it is rarely used, but the "Imperious" is incredibly expensive to use and consumes a lot of power, however it's plasma cannon can vaporize a solar system, however it can't travel above the speed of light due to it's size, and thus takes incredible amounts of time and energy to get anywhere during war, however it is rarely used, but powerful. If this is not okay, let me know.
tone down the plasma cannon and it will be fine.
