I'm afraid that I'm going to ask you to completely redo your character; firstly a combat specialist will have little to no purpose in this RP, secondly if the leaders of the conspiracy was taken by the police after their son turned them in and then they were exposed to torture then they would have cracked and revealed everything, thirdly I don't think the leader would have got married and had a son and get him to join before the age of 17. These are just a few issues so if you really want to join come up with a new character.

Fair enough, although in my defense I was trying to make someone whose special skill wasn't stealth, because I didn't want everyone to be identical in their roles. What else would the group need, in your opinion, or is stealth sort of a must have? I wasn't trying to say that his parents were trying to get him to just join, just be skeptical of the regime. Most parents try to instill their values in their children, no? I see the merit of your points, though. Can I keep turning in his parents as part of his story if they were just low key critics of the government as opposed to iconic members of a bigger conspiracy ? I'll scrap him and try again once I get your feedback.

Special skills: Is good at climbing trees, fences and others. As well as good at observing from long and short distances.

Background: Since being young, Ricky had a hobby of climbing over trees, rocks, fences, highway lights and various other things. He did it for fun only, and never meant to come to other people's property. He was sometimes trained by relatives and friends but he got good at it mostly by himself. Ricky's father was a border patrol officer serving under the dictator. His job was to observe from long distances if any trespassers are coming. It occurred one day, that the world is full of trouble. The dictator started arresting innocent people, which as a result, Ricky's father defected from border patrol. His father was being chased by the dictator's police forces. Ricky's father couldn't escape far enough; he was getting older, he gave Ricky his surveillance binocular and a digital camera capable of seeing infrared. He told his son to keep watching over the dictator's forces and see what's going. Few days before his father was captured, Ricky was trained by his father. The training included self defense training, surveillance, and physical training. This training included everything that was taught at the border patrol academy.

Gear: Binocular, Digital Camera, and a flashlight.

Enhancements: Has stamina, good self defense skills and very athletic. He has an implant in his hands that makes him work faster; he was a victim of a car accident and he couldn't anything well with his hands so he got the implant.

Assassin, I don't think stealth is essential, perhaps you could have a character that specialises in hacking or could be a smooth talker that can infiltrate the government. As for his parents I could allow you to have parents that have a small part in either the government or the conspiracy.
