Ok so Iv been playing around with the ideas for a medieval Rp but there's already so many that my ideas have come up short untill I noticed that there are mostly fantasy medieval Rp's so I got a thinking and the idea of a realistic medieval theme might be appealing to some, what I mean by this is warriors with swords,axes,bows,mornigs starts ect and maybe somewhere in between I can throw in some mages seeing as there was supposedly mages, but before I go to much into the actual story and plot and put effort into it I thought I should check how many people would actually have an interest in this idea I will explain a bit more once I get a few people to reply and if I dont, oh well.

If you want to do a realistic Medieval RP, I'd be interested, but not if we are gonna throw in random mages, because they didn't exist. lol

Not sure yet like I said I was playing with a couple of ideas but I was thinking inland streching out to the ocean just a simple idea that need alot of details but thats the basic structure

Did you have your own culture in mind? Both the eastern and western cultures were around the same technological advancement during medieval times. I'm just asking cause I have nothing else to do right now. XD

Lol its fine this way people who read now dont have to bother me later lol, Uhm you know when it comes to tech I was actually thinking if mixed it up a bit but once again lol so far this whole idea is just a thought in the back of my head havent really worked out the kinks yet

I have always said magic destroys RPs, cause everyone tries to make their character Mr.Billy Bad Ass...
I would be interested in a straight up Hack & Slash style , that's what I usually run over table top RPGs.

Absolutely agree with Chazz. Whenever I DM a DnD game, I usually limit the party to one full mage, with some characters having magic abilities as long as they aren't ridiculous. Dice rolling certainly helps to limit the power of a mage though. lol
