Abilities: Apsara has control over wind and water, namely in the form of clouds, but she can use her abilities to manipulate water and air to small extents. It’s difficult for her to do this though, as she’s inexperienced. She can also calm storms, but only weak ones.

Biography: Apsara first arrived on Earth on the Deccan Plateau. She traveled north, astounding people with her unworldly beauty and the strange clouds and rains that seemed to follow her as she went. The few people who attributed the unexpected rains to her seemed to know about the phenomenon of the star children, and they nicknamed her 'Apsara' after the mythological spirit of water and cloud. After traveling to Pakistan, she changed direction and made her way to Nepal, not wanting to stay in one place for fear of being captured. She continued traveling and made a meandering path that went as far north as Mongolia and as far south so as to take her through all of the south-east Asian countries. In the biggest display of her abilities, she walked on water and crossed the sea to Taiwan, where she currently resides.
