Mifune slapped her forehead and signed, "sorry, I should of introduced myself earlier" she extended her hand out for a handshake, "I'm Mifune, I am one of the new tennants there, do you live around here?"

"Why yes I do, I'm the owner of Sasayakana Boarding House. Come on inside," She said.

Mifune drew back her hand as it seemed they didn't want to shake, "well aren't I lucky, it's Solbane correct?" She looked past them to the box of crushed cookies, she cringed a bit at what she saw but she tried to ignore it, "I would love to cone in thank you"

"Yes it is. Come on inside hun, the other new tenant just arrived." Solbane helped her up and headed for the boarding house.

Mifune followed after Solbane, looking up at the beautiful house all the while, "wow...I can't believe there is only two of us...it's so...stunning" she almost tripped on her way in but she regained her balance and set her eyes straight instead of above of her,

Solbane led her to the table and motioned for Mifune to sit down. "Sorry for the delay Seijun. I just have a few rules to go over then we can all be on our merry way!"

Seijun smiled and nodded.

"Not a problem. What are the rules?"

Mifune waved slightly to Seijun, "yes it would be nice to know the rules ahead of time" she sat down and tried to get comfortable

"Alright. The rules are posted inside the door, and are as follows: No harming Sasayakana boarding house in any way, whether it be physical, financial, or in another form. No sexual relations of ANY KIND on the premises. Pay your rent on time. No acts of violence on the premises. No causing harm to another tenant, whether it be physical, financial, spiritual, or a purposeful emotional harm. A few considerate things as well are: While yes, this is a Japanese style house, no bathing in pairs or more. Also, with the no sexual relations, I do understand that urges come. Should you absolutely have to take care of it here, please minimize the volume and clean any mess made. I will clean rooms once a week, sweeping the floors and washing the walls. Please pick up whatever you do not want to be thrown away. Meals are ready daily and served here at 8 am, 12 pm, and 6 pm. Be on time or find food elsewhere. The rules are subject to change, so do read them daily. Let's hope no other rules need to be added. That's it for now. Mifune, you can have room 1A, Seijun, you get room 1B." Solbane walked off to the kitchen and began preparing lunch.

(A few other rules: You can bring NPCs in, but you spawn them you control them. Anyone you create that your character or another character interacts with is your character specifically. Please please please no sexual relations. Also, please keep the police out of things if possible =3)

Seijun didn't have any problems with the rules. He didn't plan on attacking anyone, and was quite accustomed to what would be considered the 'proper' way to act while lodging at someone else's house. He got up, slinging his bag over his shoulder, before heading off to his room. Setting his duffel bag down on the floor, he began to unpack his day to day clothes, and fold them into the dresser.
