Pretty sure you can make whatever, as long as it seems realistic and NOT OP. Heck, I think you can have a small-arms wep pop out of yo hand... Someone asked for that and he said yeah I think.

This is going to be an amazing RP. But just to clear things up a bit:
Are you saying that a patriot is allowed to have say a turret instead of hand (e.g. Samus)?
Also are they allowed to have chips in their brain that enhance their polarization and are able to identify enemies nearby?

Okay, here's where it gets complex. Mechanical Sword set up a black market trade between Patriots and MC, so while they get SOME tech, it isn't the most current or advanced.
A) The turret? Yes, of course- as long as that hand stays a turret. There's no way they could have stolen the blueprints for such an Enhancement or the procedure for such a surgery. Thusly, improv.
B) The biochip? Absolutely, if they only have about two. The surgery actually would be rather basic at this point, but still, getting the hardware would be hard even for a private contractor who didn't work for MC. However, a few here and there is feasible. Just expect the enemy to have, er, more.

If I'm reading it right, Patriots will have mostly older tech with some newer stuff, I also would like to be a Patriot ('Murica!) so we'd have the older models of certain enhancements I imagine.
