Okay guys and gals, let's get this ka-tet formed! Bear with me, this is my first time running the show.
First thing first, I'd like everyone to let me know which ka-tet everyone would like to use character wise. I have no preference to be honest, because I like them all.
A.) Steven Deschain and player created characters.
B.) Roland Deschain, Cuthbert, Alain, and Jamie
C.) Tim Stoutheart and player created characters
D.) Fictional Ka-tet
(Info for Created Characters)
Created characters must use some type of ranged weapon, any other weapon skill is optional. Equipment is optional as well, depending on the weapons your character carries.
Personality and History is optional, but there should be some tie to Gilead.
The Ka-tet that we pick will determine the plot and places that are used in the story. If we go with the completely fictional ka-tet, there are tons of possibilities.
General rules:
I'm not really big on limiting people, all I ask is that everyone respects each other.
I'd like everyone to post at least four paragraphs, but more is always good.
Posting once a week will work, but just like with paragraphs, more is always a good thing.
Once everyone makes their suggestions, I'll add more to this post.

My vote is for D but I'm also okay with B.
Yeah, D has my vote, just because I'd love to play a female gunslinger. That, and I think there's a lot more that could be done with it. I have a few ideas, but I'm open to suggestions too. I'd love to do a plot that involved the Las Vegas kind of Calla (I can't remember the name, I just remember it had gambling and prostitutes. X_X). Plus, it gives more options for character personalities.
If I had a second pick though, it would be C. I love the idea of gunslinger that wasn't born into it, but earned his way into it. I think it would be a lot more difficult to fit in and find a place within a ka-tet.

If we do B, I'll be more than happy to view your audition. However, it's looking like we may be forming our own little ka-tet, so characters can be unique, but I don't have any problems if your character is similar to Cuthbert.
