In hard times people have to take certain measures. This is a story of that kind of people. A group of people meet at the very capital city of Pylonthia, all with their own stories and misfortunes. But they were all heading for the same destination. Pylonthias Quest Bureau. This Bureau takes in quest requests and find suitable mercenaries to fulfil these. And it is from this very point the story begin.

Pylonthia - 1
Levíle - 2The home of the Elves. Levíle is almost totally covered in lush, green forest. The forest also hold some very exotic flora with plant species you can't find anywhere else. The capital's name is Lesàlé. Levíle is sparsley populated and you will not find any bigger towns with exceptions for the two port towns Vilalé and Elalivé which lies on each side of Selène Gulf. You will also find the ancient sacred tree Serénite if you walk through Faléla Valley.
Higgrughtuhrr - 3The home of the Dwarves. The island is completely covered in mountains and only a few amount on dwarves live on top the island. The reset of the population live inside the mountians, deep down. The capital Krickuhrrackuh lies within and beneath the tallest mountain in Sertténa, Drittuhrurruh. The island is quite temeratured so you will only find snow at the top of Drittuhrurruh. You can find spots of grass here and there and pines tend to grow around the mountains. The Dwarves have digged a tunnel form the west cove of the island leading north to Brackutt Desert, this is the only way to get to the island.
Partuck - 4The home of the Orcs. Partuck is mostly covered in sand. The blistering desert of Brackutt make it harsh living there. Settlements have been made around the oases that can be found. The capital's name is Truddihuck which is built around the grand oas Vittnack. Their is also a craggy wasteland with mountanins to the west.
Viltropic - 5The home of the Graltic Humans. The oddly shaped islad is completely covered in tropical jungles and sandy beaches. The capital Cilius lies on the coast like rest of the villages on the island. The fauna deep inside the jungle is too hostile for making a settlement therefore the nature is very well preserved. Etaku is the name of the huge volcano which lies north west.
Nourt - 6The home of the Nordern Humans. The island is coverd with snow and occasional taiga. In the north lies mountains. The climate is very cold and have a lack of flora. There is no port at the south side of the island since there is no way to get a boat through the thick ice there. The capital Nojontuon can be reached by taking the port on the north coast. there is a valley that goes straight to Nojontoun. There is also a port on the west side as well. You can walk over to Nourt from Pylonthia during the winter because the water freezez all the way to the south east coast of Nourt.
No Mans Land - 7No Mans Land is acctually no mans land. There is no ruler here nor is there any villiages. There is no proper port so it's a pain to get there as well. The few who live there are free to do what they want but they usually don't bother eachother. The island is mostly made up by wide plains and some mountains in the east.
Schlissiw - 8The home of the Feichoida. Schlissiw is a country consisting of a huge group of small islands. It's a archipelago where elves and humans have made up trading posts where the Feichoida trade. The Feichoida live underwater on the bottom on the sea. Their capital is constantly moving around the bottom due to underwater streams so it's unclear where it's position is. The capital is named Hissoschu.
Surountalan - 9An island group consisting of three bigger isles. This where every wizard beside the everyday mage is trained. Races around the world gather here to study the mny elements of magic. on the eastern island there is the Great Tower of Surountalan. The west island serves as sleeping quaters and the northeren serves as training ground.
Elder Humans: The Elder Humans is the oldest of the human races. They are usually white skinned but the pigmention may vary, they live for approximately eighty years. Elder humans are also considered the most intelligent race in whole Sertténa aswell as the best architects. They are quite adaptable to magic and have many of the finest wizards in history. The Elder Humans a ruled by the Great King Bartlomeus who have plenty of power all over Sertténa. This have made the Elder Humans more influential than other races which also make them great traders.
Strengths: Adaptable, Good with Magic, influential, No obvious weakness, intelligent
Elves: Elves lives in the great woods of Levíle. They are a little taller the Elder Humans, with a more slender body and paler skin. They also lack facial hair. Elves have a long life lenght and live for approximately one hundred fifty years. They are immune to diseases aswell as poison. But they lack both strength and constitution in comparsion to other races. Elves make great mages as they is magical in nature. Elves are also a very religous race, believing in the sacred tree and that whole Sertténa was formed from that tree. Elves lives in trees Which they have fromed room in with the help of magic. The Elves are ruled by the Elven Council which consists of eleven Elves from different parts of the woods.
Strengths: Long life length, Immune to poison and diseases, Great Mages, Every Elf know how to use magic
Weaknesess: Weaker than other races, Less physical than other races
Dwarves: The Dwarves lives deep down in the mountains, digging for metals and treasures. They are a lot more sturdy than other races aswell as shorter. Dwarves don't grow much taller than 120 cm and they have a brown skin tone. Dwarves lives about 100 hundred years. They have a great facial hair grownth, both men and women. Dwarves despise both magic and religion and have instead their heart in sience, engineering and the belief that everything has a explanation. They have inveted very strong armor aswell as the first guns in history. Hammers is also a weapon of choice with dwarves. Dwarves are devided in clans, all independent and with their own leader.
Strenghts: Stronger than other races, resistant to cold, Intelligent, good vision in dark places
Weaknesses: Short, Can't use magic
Orcs: Orcs are a endurant race. They have black, greyish skin and tusks sticking out of their mouth. Orcs are often wrapped in white clothes and turban, so you mostly only see their eyes, hands and feet. Orcs are resistant to heat due to living in a desert, they are also very endurant. Orcs live approximately 70 years. Orcish mages are uncommon and most of the orcs perfer swords and are masterful with them. They are ruled by the Great Chieftain who watches over the desert.
Strengths: More enduring than other races, , excellent swordsmen, very resistant to heat
Weaknesses: less influent than other races, below average magic users
Graltic Human: The Graltic Human is a little bit taller and more muscular than the elder human. They have also a more tanned body colour. Graltic Humans are natural seafarers who travel the see, making a living by selling fish or trading it. They are also guite skilled with the bow. Compared to Elder Human the Graltic Human can't use magic, it simply does not lie in their nature. Graltic humans lives in cabins built around the beaches. The Graltic Human is also ruled by the great king.
Strengths: Muscular, great seafarers, good traders, good archers
Weaknesses: Can not use magic, less flexible
Nordern Humans: Looks like the the Elder Human but more robust. They are always white skinned. Since they live in such a cold climate they hardly feel cold. Nordern Humans is a more savage race compared to others and have a grudge against Elder Humans due to previous events in history. Nordern Humans usually use axes when fighting. During the winter they enjoy fighting out on the thick ice, trying to cut the ice so their opponent falls down. Nordern Humans is not bad with magic but they perfer point blank melee combat. They are ruled by a the Chieftain of Nourt
Strengths: Fearless, great axemasters, very resistant to cold, average magic users
Weaknesses: Brutal, less influent than other races
Feichoida: The Feichoida have a fish like appearance (http://www.wowpedia.org/images/c/ce/Jinyu.jpg). They live on the bottom of the sea as a great community ruled by their king. Feichoida comes in many different colours and live up to 60 years. They usually trade with Humans and Elves on the isels of Schlissiw, trading fish for materials. Feichoida is great swimmers but can also move on land without problems. They need to bath at least once a week to avoid suffocation. Feichoida make great warriors with pike weapons in their hands and have also magic capabilities.
Strength: Great Swimmers, Great pikemen, calm
Weaknesses: Weak against heat, weak against cold, short life length, sticks out in a crowd
The Races mentioned is the most common humanoid civilized races. They can all speak the Sertténan language. Many different races may appear in the roleplay.
Time/Epoch: 485 years A.GW, medieval with a touch of technology.
Economy: 100 copper coins -> 1 silver coin. 10 silver coins -> 1 gold coin. A noble token -> a huge sum of money, depending on which house it's marked with.
PvP: Player can NOT kill an other player, the player may only die if it decides to or if the moderator demand him to.
Magic: Magic in Sertténa is a bit more unique than other role plays. It is an incarnation of knowledge and will. By having knowledge about how a element works or is created, you have cleared the first step in becoming a wizard. Does your race have magic capabilities? If so proceed. Not every person have magic within them but most of the races who can control magic have it, more or less.
After being capable of controlling magic and have knowledge about the element there's only one step left, to make it happen. Magic is produced with pure will, like moving your arm, but controlling magic needs a more powerful and precise will. That means that most magic don't need to said or performed in a specific why to work, the best of wizards can create huge magic without lifting a finger or speaking. But lesser wizards needs help to express their will. If they want to shoot a bolt of fire they will perhaps stretch their arm out to imagine they shoot it out from it, or say some words to help like “Fire”. If a mage ever studied at Suroutalan they probably learned the old Sertténian language. This language is understood by the most primal of elements and will help your primal part of the body understand what you want. Magic will drain your energy like any physic activity, how much depends on how powerful your spell was. This makes magic good training for the body as well as the mind.
