The dragons had once been thought to have died out, but soon a rider came and raised generation after generation of new riders to govern the entire continent. Civilization did not spread far, or if it did the villages were cut off for the greatest part from the others. The dragon riders, the guild that raised the youths as riders, was once based in the capital Oleuan but was soon moved to the valley of Pern in the distance Bernda Mountain Range. Years have passed and the riders numbers are the largest pack seen in so long. Their leader, Vershian was born the youngest of all the chosen riders, and the council was nervous to send them out to restore the peace but politics demanded it. The first destination is the small near by mountain village of Overn where the locals are having a simple problem of wolves as far as they know. The riders have been preparing for some time now and should be leaving within a day or so once they have gathered all their things.

Rules:
Please do not role play onto other characters, stick to your own and use good grammar. Please do not speed post either, I will be sure to keep things running. Other than that you guys all know the rules I am not going to preach.

Dragon Types:
Keep this in mind, these are your dragons strengths. Weaknesses are your own personal choice but your dragon may have specific specialties and weakness just be sure to include them in the description. We are going off a combination, so some dragons may be more western with wings and very muscular bodies, others more chinese without wings and long bodies (fins or normal feet are included) as well as a combination with a chinese body, muscled some what with wings.

Red - Rage/courage
Black - Stealth/loyalty
Blue - Mobility/weather prediciton
Silver - leader dragon only

Background: Vershain grew up in the mountains among the council, seemingly appearing with the clutch of eggs the dragons had this year. The previous generations were out on missions preserving the peace, many dieing and the fate lay in those back home so many had taken her in as a good sign. As more and more children heard the dragon voices' from the eggs it became apparent most of them would hatch. Vershain gathered with the others and, on hatching day had the silver male come to her, signifying her as the group's leader even though she was merely 8. After 5 years her dragon Xani has grown to full form and fights as fearless as the others, being the first into battle at all times.
Personality: quiet, thoughtful and passionate, Vershain does not sit idly but launches herself into any injustice that lays within her domain, demanding full peace and knowing full well the more land she settles the more territory her pack shall have to roam.

Dragon Weaknesses/Strengths: Xani is powerful and cunning, his strength fair enough but no where near some of his hatchmates. His greatest asset is his mind which he uses to outwit and sneak past problems, catching them from behind. His greatest weakness is his hatchmates, for he will rush to their aid unless Vershain tells him not.
