Biography: Born in Japan to conmen parents but living in the USA,Leon always lived a fairly comfortable life. His parents were globetrotters,bringing him to many countries around the world before he turned 12. That is,until his parents were busted by the feds. Ever since then,he's been on the run. Having learned the trade since he was a kid,he managed to survive on the streets for a while before getting accepted into the high school.
