Bio:
Born to a lady of the night and some fighter from the guild in Kron. He was expected to join the guild like everyone else but proved them wrong when he became a gnomish war wizards apprentice. He was a poor student of direct arcane arts but his skill in enchantment was excellent, so the gnome cultivated those skills instead and summoned an old friend who was a cleric to the god of invention (gond for a comparison)to teach him the mechanical skills of a 'locksmith'. Unfortunately his teacher got into an altercation involving a love potion and a female half orc berserker... he died smiling.
Since then, he has been on his own using his old teachers research and resourced for his own needs until he felt competent enough to travel to make his way as an adventurer. He is an official fighters guild members and pays his dues while often sending weapons or armor he discovers to the guildhall.

Bio:
Born in Solace to poor hunters, she was taught how to use a bow at a young age and enjoyed exploring the Whisperwood for signs of the natural and supernatural alike. Her parents encouraged her adventurous nature and eventually she made a trip to Westgate, where she stayed and helped a local blacksmith for few weeks. When she told him she was returning to Solace, he gifted her with a longsword, which she still carries. Upon returning, she found her mother had died while on a hunt. Sera and her family could not afford to grieve and so she began taking odd jobs around the village as well as hunting with her father to continue supporting her family.

Eventually, her younger brother grew old enough to work and so Sera was able to travel to Silvaethien and take up adventuring. After arriving there and taking up any work she could find for a few months, she was able to purchase her own set of adventuring gear and a fancy dagger (which she found herself enamoured with)
From there she joined up with a band of adventurers heading to Vallenwood.

Yes, what a ragtag group of adventurers, haha. Well, everyone is approved. So I'm gonna throw an IC together really quick so we can get this thing in motion. IC should be up within half an hour, probably less. Oh! And I guess I should probably post my character as well, haha.

Gear: Backpack containing the following: Grappling hook w/ 100 ft. of rope; Trail rations (10 days); Waterskin; Hand-drawn map of the landscape; and a shovel.
Bio: Not much is known about Cael Windstrong. He is a mysterious fellow cast out from his Elven homeland to the west for reasons unknown. Now, he just wanders the hills and valleys in search of adventures promising a bit of coin in return.

@NightHawk Just a basic toxic poison which results in paralysis, leading to a slow death.
