The Gathering of the Garrisons IC

Be it by land, by air, or by sea, they started to come. In a matter of hours, they had all gathered on an island previously unknown. Representatives from hundreds of garrisons were arriving practically at once. Some were weary, some were curious, some wanted to know when they could leave, but all were ready to see what awaited them.

There was nothing, really. It was a large, empty island. Green plains and prairie all across the land with forests dotting the landscape. And it was here that they were expected to make a difference in this great gathering with everyone spread all over the place. It would be impossible. But they had to try.

Psyche was there first. She had been there for three days, now. She watched as they started to pour in all across the island. She drifted to the center. She would wait for them to come to her. She wasn't sure of much else to do. So she stood in purple and black robes, waiting, on the very central heart of the green island.
Who can resist the gentle smile of the invidious aristocrat?

I'd feed myself to Aragog's children for that Cup!

Berk walked, or floated more like, to the gathering area. He was speeding along with others of the Air division in his own mini tornado. He watched with interest as the other garrisons arrived. Some by air, like him, others by ground, others still by water. He landed down close to the center of the island. He watched a few moments as hundreds of thousands of garrisons arrived. For what reason, Berk assumed they had as little idea as he did, but one never knew. He glanced around, noting that the island appeared to be new and unsullied by buildings and other sentient creations. To occupy himself, he began to explore. Speeding along the plains in his mini tornado, he looked around for someone not of his own division. After all, he was sent here to find out as much as he could about the other garrisons along with finding out exactly what was the whole point of it.

He was speeding along, not really paying attention as he hadn't seen any people yet, and ran smack into another person. Literally. He had no idea how much damage his armored and horned self had done. Snorting, he apologized. "I'm sorry. Wasn't paying attention to where I was flying. Forgive me." He said bowing slightly. Berk dispersed his tornado and gave another bow. "The names Berk by the way."

I WILL BE GONE MOST SATURDAYS AND A GOOD HUNK OF SUNDAYS
