Stranded: A Realistic Minecraft RP (IC)

As dawn arises, ushering in a new day on Minecraft, a strange change in the air occurs, the cause? The arrival of some very strange people.....
Raddum: A man awakens laying beneath a tree in a pile of snow. As he sits up, and surveys the land, he sees that there are many snow covered trees, and snowy hills, with occasional bits of grass popping up. The hilly, snowy land stretches out for miles in every direction, with a river, icy cold, running all throughout it. The man notices a backpack near him, and upon checking it, while it is in good condition, it is empty. (Everyone remember their pack. It's invaluable)
Roran Hawkins: A man awakens, greeted by intense, humid heat, and the stench of sweat. He finds himsef tangled in vines, in a massive tree, at least 100 feet high off the ground. Surveying the land, he sees massive mountains and lush greenery everywhere. A waterfall or two can be seen, with massive rivers stretching out from a gigantic waterfall in the center. The land stretches for miles to the north and east, and south, and a distant, brown expanse can almost be seen a few miles west, surely a desert. He feels the weight of an empty backpack on his back.
Pancake: a girl wakes up, finding herself chilled to the core, and feeling moisture all over her back, stands quickly, and falling, upon an icy block. Standing more slowly she surveys the land. She finds herself laying on a massive section of ocean, frozen over in the cold. To her south and west, the ocean extends as far as the eye can see, meeting am unfrozen portion of ocean several mile away. To the north and east, she makes out a snow covered shore, about three miles away. She sees an empty backpack beside her, and shoulders it.
DarkCrusade: A man awakens on a shambling, wooden raft, nearly drowning on salt water. He coughs and sputters, then looks around. A crude wooden paddle lays near him, and he surveys his surroundings. He is in a vast ocean. He feels a chill on his back, and looking back, sees that a cold wind is being blown from a frozen part of ocean several miles away. Looking forward, he sees a grassy plain, a couple miles before him. He feels a weight on his back, taking note of an empty backpack.
Frettzo: A girl awakens feeling a sticky, humid feeling, and finds herself on a tiny island in a vast swamp. Mosquitos buzz around, and she sees what she fears are crocodiles and snakes scattered throughout the stagnant water. The swamp is so dense, it is all she sees, with a steep hill on either side, making it difficult to get up on higher ground. Trees and brush are everywhere, with two trees on the little island. An empty backpack is beside her.
BigBullCrocker: a man awakens in burning heat. His eyes hurt as the hot sun radiates from above and below, and the sand beneath him shines its light back into his eyes. He sees cacti and a few scraggly bushes scattered about. Off to his far right, many miles away, he sees the top of a massive jungle. To the front of him, he can see a strange island three or four miles away. To his left, he sees nothing but sand, and behind him, he sees a stretch of desert that drops off, and he assumes that there is more desert after it.
Myself: a man awakens in a flat plain. It stretches for as far as his eyes can see. A few sapling trying to sprout are scattered over the expanse. Nothing else entirely discernable is around, except a trail of mushrooms leading off in one direction. He feels a backpack on him, and with a quick check, finds it empty.

Crowley quickly thugged himself free, and let himself slowly slide down the vines. When he touched the ground he wondered how he had lost his gear he had, and took note of his surroundings. He saw nothing but the trunks of the trees and neverending shrubbery at ground level, and started marching towards the direction where he saw an ordinary forest growing over some rolling hills. He cursed as his foot got stuck in some vines rolled on the floor, and gritted his teeth in surprise when he realised it was a snake. He grabebd the snake's head and delivered a crushing punch on it. Fear from snakes claimed more victims than fightin them, he thought while he rolled the lifeless corpse over his back. He continued travelling along the jungle floor, trying to find usefull items.

It had been uncomfortable for Izzy, to say the least. She had woken up and she was already sweating. The humidity in this swamp didn't make it easier on her, and the presence of crocodiles and snakes on the waters didn't make it safer. She sighed. "Where am I? And now that I think about it... Why am I here?" She asked herself, then looked around, failing at the sudden attempt to notice any other person. So it was just her, she realized. She looked at the backpack and put it on, then surveyed her surroundings. It wasn't long before she resigned to her fate of having to find a way of getting off the tiny island and go on her own way. "With luck I'll find some sort of civilization and I'll get some answers. It wouldn't be particularly easy to climb these hills at the moment, I reckon... So I guess I'll go between them. Only way I see." She says to herself before straightening up. "First, I gotta check these trees for any kind of fruit, though. Remember, Izzy- No exploring without food if you have a chance to find some!"

Heading over to the nearest tree on the island she gave it a few kicks until a couple apples fell to the ground with a soft thud. She grabbed them and put them inside her backpack, then observed the waters for possible ways to get off the island without risk of death.

After a good while of thinking and observing, she could realize that there were a few very shallow parts in the stagnant waters. Possibly rocks, since the crocodiles needed to climb over them to continue on their way. She could probably jump on these, and if she was fast enough, she'd be on land again in no time and in one piece.

So that's what she did, she stood up, took a few deep breaths, and after she was ready and calm, she took a few nimble and fluid jumps. It was when she jumped onto the last one that she stepped on something slippery- A snake. The change of surface made her lose her balance and almost fall into the water, but she was agile quick in her reflexes and make a half jump, landing on the solid ground. Not without a number of snakes and crocodiles coming out of the water to get her though. "Oh freaking frick!" She muttered as she kicked a crocodile on the nose and stood up, running away from the predators as she evaded other possible dangers along the way.

Soon enough she was in a relatively safe location in the swamps and found shelter in a cave on the side of a hill. She took time to grab branches and camouflage it, so it wouldn't be seen from the outside and creatures wouldn't be able to enter it by accident. It would be a bit dark, sure, but a little darkness never hurt anybody. Besides, she noticed the cave wasn't particularly deep so nothing would come out of deeper veins. It only went into the ground about seven meters and closed off.

"Sucking at something is the first step to becoming sorta good at something!"

Damon got up from the almost incapitated state he was in. He looked around his surroundings sand, sand and more sand. But what is that in the distance? Green. He took it as some way of getting out of this sandy hell but it was so far away. He would probably melt before he got there if he didn't get anything to drink. He tasted sand in his mouth before spitting it out. Why the hell was there sand in his mouth? He woke up on his back....that was the least of his problems though he had to find water. He started walking.

After a few minutes of walking he eventually saw something blue, with a yellow shape with green on top in the distance. He squinted his eyes, it looked like...hope...or something a lot less corny to say. He broke into a sprint, hoping this blue substance was water to find....it was. What did you expect a mirage? Puh-lease i aint that brutal. He got to it eventually and then broke down onto his knees and drunk from the oasis like Noel Gallagher. After another few minutes of rest and gathering coconuts from the tree, he got up and made his way to the green thing in the distance. By now it had grown some texture and he could see some trees N shizzle.

The man in the boat. How poetic.

He opened his eyes, taking notes as fast as his reflexes can go. He was in an ocean, and he was okay at the moment. The boat he was in was pretty crappy and falling apart, though. It won't be long before he drowns. He got his head out of the water, and looked at his backpack. On it, there was a name. A name he already knew, apparently. His name was Ward, or Warden. Ward quickly grabbed the paddle and started pushing the boat towards the icy plain in the distance, hoping that in a few minutes he would hit land. He paddled, his boat jerking forward each time. He would have to check his backpack after he arrives on land, it probably held at least something valuable. The fact is, it was light, which meant that there would be almost nothing of use when he looks inside. After hitting land, he attempted to go on the ground, or snow, finally thinking that he could get out of the water. He slipped on ice. The boat itself cracked, and split. It could barely work when he was going towards land, anyway. But right as it split, he seen something. Ward got up and walked slowly to the wreckage of the boat. He knew that it was stupid, silly in fact, but it would be useful. He grabbed a piece of wood and put it on the side of his arm. He sat down, and lifted his arm. It looked almost like a shield or something, but it was all he had for protection.

And he absolutely hated that. He hated the fact that he, when he looked in his mind, had nothing to bring up of his past or why he was on that boat. He looked at his clothes, and realized that he was wearing a perfect garb for winter. As if he was preparing to enter this exact place. He sighed, and pulled the rest of the boat on to the ice. Good or no, this wood should be used. Ward could use it for a fire, or something. He can't actually make weapons or more makeshift "shields" out of it. But it would make warmth, and if there were any people out there wanting to get help, the best thing to do would be to make a fire. Then again, he could attract unwanted attention....Ward dropped the thought. He slammed his boot on the wood, cracking it, splintering it, and put the pieces of wood in his backpack. The sap of trees, could probably keep a fire going for quite a while. Then he took note of the paddle still in the water. If he pulled off the shovel-like part of the paddle, he could try possibly sharpening the wood afterwards, making a good spear. Or, he could use it as a shovel. A blunt shovel, but a shovel nonetheless. This was more then some would start off with, that's for sure.

He put the shovel in his backpack, and pulled something out that was...familiar. It felt familiar, too. He pulled out a leather journal. He did need to keep a catalogue of things should he forget. He sat down on the ice, and looked through the bag. There, a ink and quill was there, at the bottom. Ward loved literature, writing, and if he were to make a story, he would need a co-writer. Or something. He opened his journal, ready to write.

    Day 1.

I don't know how I got here, or whom's boat this is, but obviously, this is an advantage. An advantage I can't waste. The boat split up, so whomever's boat this is, it didn't hold up. I'm hoping that there are people out there. A small part of me is afraid to go this alone, but...

    I'm ready.

Warden closed the journal, and put it in his backpack. Ready to face off the world, he slowly walked across the frozen ocean. He should be able to start this fire, if he found land and/or a small cave. If possible, he should seek out help immediately. He could survive, but...it would serve him better, and others better, and increase their chances, if they all met up. 'They' as in others like him. He hoped that there were others. He couldn't be alone, right?

Tobias looked around, pondering his predicament. Finally deciding to head off after the mushrooms, he picked them as he passed, putting them in his pack. Along the way, he pullet five or six saplings, and placed them in his pack. "Strange" he thought. "This pack can hold impossible amounts, things much bigger than itself, while i can feel the weight, it all sees to fit in..."
he worked his way along like this for hours. The mushrooms continued on, but off to his left was an indention of the land, a small cave, which one could crawl in. He got inside, fitting snugly, with enough room to put his pack beside him. He counted his objects. "Forty five mushrooms, and eleven saplings" he said to noone in particular. He covered the hole to the cave and waited. (Nightfall post tomorrow)

It was oddly quiet, and nothing could be seen for miles, except for ice and the occasional patch of snow. Karol opened her eyes and just laid on the ice for the moment, before sitting up to take a look at her surroundings. Of course, the first thing she noticed was the backpack laying in front of her. After dragging it closer, she opened it up just to find out it was empty. Damn. Well, it could still be useful. Once finished searching inside, she closed it back up and slung it over her shoulder. A chilly breeze began to pick up, making the already freezing girl colder. She didn't know how she got here, but she needed to find shelter if she was going to last the night.

She slowly got on her feet, being careful so she wouldn't slip on the ice. To the north and east there was land, but she couldn't help but notice something further along the frozen ocean. Thanks to the distance it looked like a tiny dot, so she couldn't see what it was, but it did seem like it was moving. Curiosity getting the better of her, she took note of the way to the shore before heading off in the other direction. What did she have to lose? If it turned out to be nothing she could always head back.

Keith shivered, looking around the cold terrain. "Hello? Anyone? Anyone out there?! He sighed, not hearing a response. Scared of the fact he was alone out in what seemed like a frozen wasteland, he began walking. Keeping his arms crossed, his hands rubbing the opposite arms. He had to find something to keep warm, and fast. "I-I-It's freezing..." He muttered, feeling like his lips could possibly fall off. He stared strait ahead, he was approaching a hill, but it had something of great value to Keith. A lone sheep. He gritted his teeth, his survival instinct telling him to kill the poor creature and use it to keep warm, he looked around for anything he could use to assist him in the matter, only seeing some branches that ended up falling off some of the birch trees. He broke them up into decent sized sticks, putting all but one into his backpack, blinking at how easy they went it. "That's strange, this bag seemed too small to hold all of these so easily... And i didn't even poke a hole in it."

He shook his head, starring at the animal as it came down the hill. He knew what he had to do if he wanted to live. He approached it, the animal seeming to not notice his presence, or just didn't care.
"Just stand still, pardner." He said quietly, raising the stick. Before he could assault the sheep, it ran off, away from him. His eyes widened, chasing after it, he was in hot pursuit. Running up the hill after the creature, Keith raised his stick again, scared of the idea of falling down at this point. He narrowed his eyes, catching up to the sheep who was still running, he leaped forward, attempting to impale it...

    He missed.

Keith faceplanted into the snow, quickly standing up and brushing it off of him, if he wasn't cold before, he was now. He narrowed his eyes, and continued forward. Beginning to cough and sneeze.
"A-Am i going to die out here...? Alone? He began crying, tears rolling down his face. While distracted, he heard a noise, something from behind. He turned slowly, noticing a lone wolf starring at him, whining. Keith looked down at the creature. "... Good boy?" He cringed as the wolf barked at him, wagging it's tail. He regained himself, noticing it was happy.
The wolf ran off, heading for a large birch tree. Keith decided it'd be in his best interest to follow, seeing as he may have just made the only friend he'll ever have.

Ward walked, and walked, and walked. He was making some amount of progress as he seen a blip in the distance. Eventually, he passed it off as non-humanoid, but as he got closer, the likely-hood of that its not a humanoid slowly diminished until he made out an actual humanoid form. He started walking towards the general direction of the humanoid. Whilst walking, he pulled out his journal. It was easy enough to touch up the quill in with the ink. He started writing whilst walking towards the figure. And from what he noticed, it was walking towards him as well! He felt remarkably excited, as if discovering that he had found a new idea to help an entire world. As if a epiphany. He smiled and kept walking.

    Day 1

Hello Journal~ I see a figure in the distance, and I think it is one of the people like me! I assumed that I was alone at first, but fancied that I wasn't alone afterwards. I mean, I couldn't have survived alone before this, right? Just now, I'm walking towards it. On that matter of "it", I wonder if she/he is a male, or a female. It would certainly be an interesting interaction, but even if we meet, I have to consider the idea that -

He stopped writing, and put the journal back in his bag. He felt as if he was opening a gift or something. He could see the person in the distance a little closer. Ward stopped walking, and waved. "Hey! I dunno about you, but I'm glad to see someone out here!" He yelled, hopefully enough that she/he would hear him. He tucked his fur cloak closer to him, feeling more warmth. He was glad he was warm, but he isn't so sure about him/her. Maybe he/she didn't have warm winter gear like him. Even without the cloak, and the mask, he could possibly still feel warm if he tried harder. Warden noticed her figure, and made note that "he/she" was a she. Which was slightly surprising. He approached her. "Hey, miss. Glad to meet you." He said to her, holding out his hand.

Keith followed the wolf, although it was cold, the constant movement was good for keeping warm. As the wolf ran past the large tree, he kept following. It felt like hours, although it was probably a only 20 or so minutes.
Over that time, it was still freezing. He was forced to stop, completely out of breath. He fell onto his backside and sighed.
"H-Hey! Don't leave without me-" he stopped talking as he watched the wolf tackle a pig to the ground, which squealed as it got torn apart by the wolf. Keith stood slowly, and began walking over. He knew this was a good chance, if he could get some of the food. The wolf stepped off it's prey, sitting next to it and starring at Keith, wagging it's tail and barking.

    "Good boy... Good boy."

Keith coughed, the smell of the pig was already terrible, he wasn't interested in eating any part of it raw.

Keith blinked, looking around. He noticed a small pit in the distance that had no snow around it. He smiled. "Come on, boy. Let's check it out. Maybe we can find shelter."
The dog barked in response as Keith grabbed the pig by one of it's legs and began dragging it towards the pit, slowing him down greatly. It was a 5 minute walk turned into around 7. He stopped in front of the pit, glaring downwards into it and his eyes widening in horror at the dark cave leading strait down. "Oh, man... This is not a place i want to be." He shook his head, it'd keep him warm. As long as he didn't jump into it he'd be fine. But he was still terrified, whimpering. He sat down, starring into the pit of darkness, the wolf sitting beside him.
"You need a name... How about Ludwik?"

The wolf barked at him, wagging it's tail. He laughed quietly, looking at the pig. "Alright, let's go... Hopefully we'll be better off down there."
Keith stood up, grabbing the pig and dragging it with him as he stepped off the snow, beginning his decent into the pit below, praying he would be safe.
