Name: James Black
"Another day at the office." James remarked quietly to himself with a yawn as he pulled up onto the Hospital's parking lot and circling the lot once before parking at the back of the building. He climbed out of his beat-up sedan walking towards the staff entrance. The early morning rays of sunshine had just begun to break-through on the horizon signaling the start of another Saturday morning. James moved through the small crowd of graveyard shifters who were just coming off of the clock and stepped in the men's changing area. Another man was already in there changing out of his scrubs. "Morning Jim or should I say evening for you? Anything eventful happen last night?" James questioned with a small chuckle before opening his locker. Jim cocked his head to the side in greeting, looking over at James before giving an indifferent shrug of his shoulders. "Eh, not really no. Your usually stream Friday night alcohol poisonings, a mugging or two and a non-fatal gunshot victim but outside of that? No nothing out of the ordinary. In fact you should be discharging one of female alcoholics to start off." James listened to coworker giving a small nod of his head as he slid on the pasty green scrubs of the hospital nursing staff. "Ah well then this morning should rather boring then no? And here I was wishing for a catastrophe to brighten up my Saturday morning shift. Ah well onto the drunk then I suppose." He remarked in a joking manner only to receive a semi-disgusted look from Jim. "Oh stop it you. You know I kid. See ya around Jim." After a wave goodbye from Jim, James departed from the changing area out into the main hospital floor.
He clocked in, picking up his clipboard with his daily to-do-list. His eyes scanned over the list and sure enough like Jim said patient discharge was at the top. There were a few people to take care but the drunk female overnighter was the closest in proximity to him. Eve Taylor huh? Sounds like I should know that name for some reason James thought to himself as he made his way to the second floor. The name just seemed to click but he couldn't place it in his mind. In any event he was now outside of the woman in question's room. A curtain was drawn around the bed no doubt to keep the light out and any unnecessary peeking eyes. Here's to hoping she is reasonable in some form or fashion. Angry drunks, sad drunks, hostile or just plain crazy James had dealt with them all. For once a normal drunk with hangover would be nice. "Alright then Ms. Taylor? Rise and shine." He called out in a loud voice pulling the beside curtain away before stepping away and opening the curtains on the window; letting bright rays of sunshine illuminate the room. "Ms. Taylor? Wake up please." James questioned once more after turning around and giving her leg a light shake. He looked over the crimson and raven haired woman appearance and much like with her name, her appearance also looked familiar. In a manner of speaking that is. He couldn't recall ever knowing someone with eyebrow and lip piercings with messed up black lipstick or with hair that vivid. However that didn't change the fact that she looked like someone he would have known in the past awhile back.
