The black clad woman sets down the letter which had been with each file, then looks at the 12 files on her desk with a vicious smile.

Hello Prisoner. Welcome to your new home. You will spend countless days and countless nights here for the crimes you have committed. Your fate is now in the hands of the Director. Will she spare you? Or send you to Hell's gates? You, along with 11 other criminals will have to struggle to survive. Do you have it in you?

Crime:Jacks has stolen around 75 trillion dollars from several of the worlds largest countries. She can crack almost every code, and she can break into almost any high security building. She has stolen and traded information for various countries, and has put many of them, into bankruptcy. She is wanted in over 79 countries, and has many of the worlds underworld trying to catch her for stealing. She also is one of the smartest women in the world in making bombs. She has used her explosions to blackmail and destroy certain governments in hopes of making money. Jacks most famous crime and the biggest one that anty-upped her man search, was when she crumbled the worlds stock market for a week, with a small laptop in the middle of a train-station in lower Massachusets. This is all covered by government. With all her crimes compiled she is the greatest thief in the world and would steal your grandmas knickers if she thought they were worth something. True she isn't as deadly as a killer, but the amount of people who are put into poverty due to her crimes rise in the millions.

How You Were Caught: Jacks was never caught. She turned herself in. She walked into a police station in Terrace, British Columbia, Canada and offered herself up to the feds. She was dressed in a crisp black suit, and had nothing on her but the clothes on her back. Everything she has stolen has never been found, and up until now, her records are still underfull speculation

History: From information gathered, the prisoner was born in the slums of brooklyn where her parents were born in intense poverty. She has grown up stealing and theiving out of the bronx to eat. She even stole food from her parents at times. When she wasn't stealing she went to the only place she could go the library. It was there where even at a young age she studied intense books about the various technological advances and programs. She also studied some of the greatest theives over time and studied almost every scam ever pulled. It wasn't until at age thirteen that Jacks first stole a million dollars from one of brooklyn's richest men. This was the first time she was caught. A week after she was caught, the city of Brooklyn's military and personal records of every child born were wiped. The information went viral and when the system was luckily rebooted, Jacks was already gone, along with her real name and the girl herself. The rest is hidden under raps, most she was unwilling to speak of but she did give us numbers. They rise well into the trillions. (The rest can only be speculative, being as the prisoner was unwilling to offer anymore information other then lies and untruths.)

Personality: Charming, Garish, Impulsive, Arrogant, Incredibly Intelligent, Confident, cocky, and an adrenaline junkie at heart.Manipulative, Cruel, cold, and greedy.

Fears: She fears, from her own words, ugly cats, lightning storms, and above all dying.

Skills/Abilities: Jacks is a genius. She has one of the largest intellects in the world and can hack and steal any information and code from the highest security. She can break and uncode any lock in her sights and can break into any building she wants. She has no qualms about jumping off of buildings and scale and slide into large and wide spaces. Ophira begins her murders the same way every time. She finds a husband of a woman who is pregnant. Then, she grows closer to the male until he falls in love with her. Once she has gained his trust and heart, usually the male with split with his current wife. Once that happens, Ophira then continues to kill the wife and her unborn child. Once the woman and fetus are killed, she rids of the body, usually burning it. After that is complete, within a couple of days, she kills the male. Once the male is killed, she mutilates his body, which can result in the removal of sexual organs, implantation of items or body parts into the orifices of the body, posing of the body in sexual ways, ect.

She went into therapy, though it didn't really help as she couldn't seem to get rid of the emotional and physical scars left from her past. When she was 19, she fell in love and married the one person she trusted. She was 2 and a half months pregnant with his child. She thought she finally escaped the hell she had lived most her life, though one night, her father found her, and broke into their home while they slept and killed and mutilated Ophira's husband. In turn, something very evil clicked in Ophira, and she ended up killing her father. He was her first victim. Shortly after the death of her husband, she lost her child. Her depression worsened into Psychopathy and she began to victimize families who were expecting a child, out of vengeance.

Personality: Ophira was very smart and cunning. She's extremely beautiful which often was a big advantage in her murders. She used to be loyal, loving, trustworthy, funny, excitable. Currently she is cold, obsessive, dark, unforgiving, does not trust anyone, persuasive, emotionless. She often appears sincere, gentle, caring, though that's just a mask.

Fears: Her worst fear is herself and her dreams. She also fears falling in love and losing that person again.

Crime: She committed the ultimate arson homicide. Her parents had thrown a huge party for the purpose of gathering the family together once again. Chastity had been severely sick at the time and was not supposed to leave the house but her illness was subsiding as the party carried out. Her cousins continuously teased her and she was tired of being picked on. As the family was roaming the entire house, Chastity took drops of oil around the house until she exited the house. She lit a match and let her entire family (or what she thought was her entire family) burn. The only survivor is her brother and he witnessed the burning of his home.

Prison Transferred From: Mansfield Prison

How You Were Caught: Chastity did not run after the fire. She watched the fire until the very last pieces fell to the ground. Her brother had called the police and once they arrived, Chastity had no problem saying she had did what she did.

History: When Chastity was born, she was deemed the most beautiful blonde haired girl in the family. At the age of four, she explained to her parents how she believed she had a twin because her imaginary friend looked exactly like her and told her family secrets. They had a miscarriage of her twin who they were to name Athena but they couldn't tell their four year old daughter that she had a dead twin. They believed that it was too soon to tell her. As Chastity grew older, her imaginary friend grew with her and was named Desdemona, or Mona for short. In the mansion that her parents lived in, they placed Chastity's room closer to them so they could keep a closer eye on her and how she acted with her "imaginary friend." Her brother, Nate, lived on the opposite side of the mansion, not really noticing his sister's behavior. And since he was years older than her, he didn't want anything to do with his baby sister. When Chastity was 17, she seemed pretty normal to her classmates. Little did they know that when she was in her room, Desdemona paid multiple visits for hours. Desdemona convinced Chastity that she would need her help when the time was right so she would have to stay around until her deeds were done. The day that Chastity was teased by her cousins after being ill for months, Desdemona grew angry and wished to cast her revenge among the family that she knew were sinners towards Chastity. It didn't take much convincing to get Chastity to do what Desdemona wanted.

Personality: She is very gullible and has a slower reaction than most to things. She is a very dull girl who can easily space out when she sees nothing of interest happening around her. Due to Desdemona's influence on her, she is very wicked and sometimes witty when interacting with others. She is incapable of feeling remorse for others. She's the definition of psychopath.

Fears: Her biggest fear is Desdemona leaving her. She doesn't want to be alone and wouldn't know what to do without Desdemona.

Skills/Abilities: Chastity has her dead sister's ghost to help her with evil doings. Desdemona can't do everything that Chastity wants but she certainly can encourage her to do silly things. Only Chastity can feel Mona around and only a few times has a medium/psychic caught the sinful spirit in their presence.

History: Ray was just a happy girl with a loving family until her mother and father got into a fight and got divorced, the mother remarried another man who had a weird hobby. Actually I shouldn't really be saying hobby, but on his spare time.. when the mother wasn't around he'd take advantage of Ray. He'd abuse her, sexually harass her and do unspeakable things to a poor innocent girl who was only 15 at the time. This continued for three years until Ray couldn't take it anymore and decided to take matters into her own hands since no one would believe her when she would reach out for help. Her mom had walked into the kitchen to find her "pure little girl" hysterically laughing as she stabbed the step-father continuously. He was tied to a chair and had pro'lly been drugged. Without asking any questions, or trying to hear her daughter's side. The mother called the police and pretty much.. abandoned her. However, before the judge and any of the interrogating police men, Ray repeated just one phrase "I don't regret it."

Xin was after a target, the only information Xin was given was his target was a MMA fighter. Though the arena he went to wasn't necessarily legal. It was a lot smaller as well. He entered an illegal tournament. Like he hoped, he was pitted against his target. Who he brutally beat to death. However, before he could kill his target of course, other people stepped in. Their attemps were always stopped by Xin. He murdered many people before actually getting to his target, to land the finishing blow.

His fight wasn't finished there, records say. He stayed in that arena and killed anyone who entered it. Finally after cops came, he was arrested. Though not before killing a few officers who stupidly entered the arena. Shortly after his killing spree and killing the two officers. He was shot with tazers and tranquilizers.

The only reason he was not killed. Was because he was known as a resource of information to his higher ups. His father more importantly. The only thin America knows about his father is that he is a renown Hit-men boss. Their symbol of their organization is an eye tattoo on each palm. Where at crime scenes they draw an eye of blood at the scene. The blood is gathered from their target. The symbol is the same as the tattoo on his two palms.

Personality: Reserved, quiet, serious, Strong about his beliefs and his standard of morals. Can be
stubborn and arrogant.

Fears: His past catching up with him. (Assassin/Hit-men from his past, catching up with him. Then killing him.)

Skills/Abilities: Highly deadly when it comes to hand to hand combat. He is a highly trained martial artist in many different arts. His only skill that surpasses his martial arts, is his skills as a hit-man/assassin.

When she expressed her feelings to him, he shrugged her off and deemed her, 'Creepy, and ugly.' Melissa took note of what he said, though this didn't mean she wouldn't stop trying to get what she wanted. She would often watch him during class, mentally remembering what he did when she wasn't around, he was awfully flirtatious with other girls... But herself... She wondered why until her senior year. It hit her... She would kill them all, maybe she would turn out victorious? All the women he flirted with would soon disappear a day after, the boy didn't notice, no he didn't really care to know about the women. After torturing and killing the women, Melissa soon grew a hunger for this... The blood spraying against the walls excited her... After a few more years of disposing women she ignored the boy and threw away her love for him, she enjoyed killing much more.
