Keira is usually a fake-bubbly person, she idolizes Clove and wants to be somewhat like her. She's cruel on the inside and doesn't mind killing, she was brought up that way in the academy. Her fake bubbly side is more of a district 1, blondie type of thing. She just usually gets the opponent to underestimate her, though it's hard seeing as she's from district 2. Kei is determined and wants to bring honor and prestige not to her family, but herself. She doesn't like weakness and will probably cut somebody in half if she sees even a tad bit of fear.
Biography:
Kei was enrolled into the academy at a younger age, her family was a more high-up family in district 2 and they were allowed to afford unique weapons and training. She has spent most of her time in the academy then anywhere else in her entire life.
