So for those of you that don't know my grandmother has alzheimer's and she is living with us until we can afford to put her into an assisted care facility
Anyway I'm home alone with her so I have to watch her and so I've been downstairs watching her like a hawk
She just tried to walk out the front door. I panicked because I have no idea what to say to her, she already doesn't like me, but thankfully I convinced her to not go outside. After that I immediately called my dad to let him know what happened and he says to me in an accusing voice,
"You're supposed to watch her."

I am watching her! I've been watching her all day! When she walked through the entry way I thought she was just going to the front room to sit on the couch in there but nope, she went for the door and I instantly got up to stop her. No, "I'm sorry that happened." from my dad or even, "Good job keeping my mom from wondering out into the street." Nope!

That's unfortunate. I know someone with alzheimer's as well, it's hard. Good luck caring for her!
