Nah, morning wood is part of the sleep cycle. A bunch of times during the night you naturally get an erection, just part of what your body does during the deep sleep phases, so if you're woken up quickly out of deep sleep (such as by alarm) it's possible you'll have an erection upon waking.

Physical exhaustion can also do it, though.
