Republic City of Crossovers
There is a city formed by some of the greatest characters in history. Son Goku, Mario, Sailor Moon, Dracula, Aang, Spartacus and Beowolf.
70 years later the characters has passed on and now new characters rule the city and help make reforms. But there is corruption. Some of the council members wants to have more power. Its up to rebels and the other council members to stop the corruption.

When activated by an individual's strong emotions, more likely to be anger, the "Golden Key" turns into a weapon of the person's desire to fulfill their "wrath". When used by the Master of the Hellish Yard, the Golden Key acts like a weapon of judgment or damnation.

Normally he could absorbed more dust to recharge him self due it's plentiful nature in his home galaxy. Passive abilities don't drain his dust reveries, his active dust powers allows him to create barriers, make decoys, and more. Passive abilities include increased strengths and intelligence.
