Pheromone manipulation:
-The ability to manipulate one's own pheromones as well as the pheromones of others for one's own purposes. The user can exude pheromones from the skin or mouth. With this ability, one could release pheromones that do everything from inducing attraction between subjects (or within a subject for oneself), to exuding amounts of pheromones strong enough to induce sleep, change emotions and draw crowds.
-These pheromones may induce a pleasure, or may put subjects into a state of high suggestibility (either of which is useful for limited mind control). Other uses of these pheromones can be used to mark territory (causing people to feel the compulsion to not go into a certain area), or to leave a pheromone path which others can follow in order to find you. The user's pheromones may even increase stamina, slightly stimulate the healing process or (used offensively) cause foes to become disoriented, violent or extremely sick. One can issue a gas that makes people who inhale it more prone to seduction or suggestions. The victims are still in control of their conscious, but have weakened discipline.

Insanity Empowerment
-With this power, the user has the ability to draw strength and vitality from the madness and instability from individuals encompassing the user's environment or by user's own fractured mind. The more madness that is present among the user, the more formidable the user will become. As a result of being empowered by the pandemonium and insanity occurring around them, the user will have a great degree of resistance to mental intrusion due to their mind being too twisted and unbalanced to manipulate properly.

Personality: because of his powers he has the tendency to become one with his madness, he is ruthless, clod hearted, and wont think twice about hurting innocents to get what he needs.

Personality: Psycho Mantis has shown to be significantly deranged, having nihilistic views on humanity. He also has shown disgust towards humanity's ultimate desire to simply reproduce, referring to the passing on of one's genes to be "selfish." Despite his insanity, Mantis also displays superb skills at strategizing.
Past: Psycho Mantis was born in a small village in Russia. During his time there a lot of raids went down, most of them committed by the same gang over and over. They would happen monthly, the gang would drive in, rape the woman, crush the crops and then beat the others. This drove Psycho mantis into partial insanity. Eventually peacekeepers from the EU came and stopped the gang but the mental scarring on Psycho Mantis was too much, he would never recover from it. His mother died during child birth but it was evident she would have loved him and possibly changed him to use his powers for good. But he had no mother to love. All he had was a father, a father who was angry at him. One day he accidentally read his fathers mind, seeing the hatred he had for him. He wondered if his father would kill him, and the shock of this revelation awoke his subconscious. He used his pyrokinetic powers to burn down the village that he lived in, killing all residents. This release of psychic energy caused severe burns across his body, particularly his face. After that he wandered the globe, striking fear into the hearts of many and committing crimes world wide.
