Tom woke up to find himself on the ground in a forest. That was the same forest he had been to and found those none mutated animals... Come to thnk of it, where was that Bald Eagle he had been with? He scratched his head. His hands felt strange, as if he were wearing a giant pair of mittens. He brought his hand down and looked at it, freaking out when he saw that his arms were wings. Not to mention that his whole body was covered with feathers, and why did his mouth feel strange. He felt it with his wing to find a beak had aken the place of his nose and mouth. What the hell was going on?
Who doesn't?
KAel woke with a start, launching himself up to stand. His body was aquiver. Suddenly he felt... his ears perking? He reached up to feel them, only to find his hands had become almost like a cat's, but with opposable thumbs. The hell? And the black fur... so smooth, like that panther he had found earlier... he suddenly saw his claws extend and he summarily freaed out, turning about, noticing a tail too! and his eyes were seeing things he never saw before!
The brain is capable of amazing things. If we could unlock its full power, magic would truly exist.
This otter has some attitude
Alicen blinked her eyes open, eyes slowly looking around. She sat up, swaying slightly. She looked around more. What happened? And where was that cat she had seen? She stood up, stumbling slightly. She felt something twitch on top of her head. She reached a hand up and nearly screamed when she felt a pair of ears sticking up from her head. She looked over her shoulder and gasped when she saw a tail waving behind. What in the world was happening?
Alex woke up, startled. She could hear so much. She groaned and went to cover her ears. When she went to touch what she thought were ears, but were furry. Almost... animalistic. She gasped and touched around the ears. "What the-?" She felt something twitch. She jumped and landed on something furry. "Ow!" She instinctly reached for it and held up a furry tail. It felt almost silky. She slid up the tail and it reached her butt. "Oh my god! Where the hell did I get a freakin' tail?!"

Tom heard Alicen's scream and Alex's voice and stumbled onto his feet, looking at Alicen, Alex and Kael. "You guys too?" He asked in surprise. He thought that everyone else would have been normal... Well, he was wrong.
Who doesn't?
Alicen stared at him with wide, tear-filled eyes. She didnt want to cry but this was freaking her out. "w-what ha-happened to u-us?" She asked in a trembling voice.
"Oh, jeez. Don't cry." Alex walked over to her and put a hand on her shoulder, trying to show that she was calm. On the inside, she was flipping out! She stopped touching the girls shoulder and she crossed her arms angrily. "What is going on here?!"

"s-sorry." She sniffled, rubbing at her eyes. Her ears twitched again and she winced. What happened to them? One minute they were fine and the next, they were like this. What were her parents going to say? She paled at the thought.
"I'll be truly honest, I don't know what happened... But, my guess is it's something to do with that disease..." Tom said, he looked over himself yet again. He looked almost like a complete bird!

Ryder groaned, rolling over onto his stomach. He opened his eyes, looking around a bit. Where the he'll was that tiger that was staring him down? Why was he asleep? He shook his head then flinched. Everyone seemed to be talking loud. He rolled back onto his stomach, sitting up and looking at the others. His eyes widened," the hell?!" He moved back, his foot landing on his tail, pulling it sharply. He said," ow!" He looked down, paleing at the sight of the tail. Why did something sharp just poke him? He reached up, his fingers running over the enlarged canines. All he could utter was," oh my god." His ears twitched as people talked. Wait, his ears twitched?! His hands flew up to his head, a surprised sound coming from him at the feel of the furry ears.
