~Supernatural : Dark Rising~

There are evils in this world that only few know about. They sit in the shadows. Hide in the dark. Prey on the weary. These creatures are dangerous, to me, to you, to everyone. Ghosts. Vampires. Spirits. Werewolves. Demons. Things you could never imagine. Luckily, there are people in the world who know of these creatures. They make it their job to hunt them down and kill them. Many lives are saved thanks to these hunters, but unfortunately for a few, help came too late... Whether born into the life or dragged into it, the hunters are experts in the world of the paranormal, the Supernatural. They fight in the shadows, saving lives and taking revenge. They didn't choose the life, the life chose them. The Dark is Rising, as it always has. Hunters must fight to maintain the balance of good and evil in this world.


So, this would be like the show 'Supernatural'. There would be creatures, paranormals, and mythical creatures to hunt and track down. Everyone would have an awesome old muscle car, and we would all be kick ass with a gun.

We play as our own originally created characters. If wanted, Sam and Dean could come into the story every once in a while, but they won't be the main focus of the roleplay. To play this type out, I can post a couple of case ideas in the OOC, and we all pick one to complete, and then after that job is done I will post another choice list and we go from there. This roleplay will have it's own plot, but I haven't decided on one yet. I want to talk to the members to see what ideas they have. We could play in sort of "episodes", with the plot playing into each episode, whether it be a lot or a little.

I like this idea because it allows us to create our own story line and do things the way we want to rather than having to follow the original story line. I like the idea of using our own creativity to make up our own plot and stories.

Well, there it is. More information will be added of course, but I always like to get other people's ideas for a roleplay rather than governing everything myself. It will be our roleplay, but I will just be the one running it.

So, let me know which idea you like best and also if you have any other ideas as far as plot or anything like that

As for everyone else, I am only allowing a few people to play as something other than a hunter/related to a hunter because essentially that is what the show is about, the hunters.

I"m planning on Lilith being my character's Mother, and his father, maybe being a named character of some sort. I"m not sure, I have to go through the Wiki.
