Mia heard her alarm going off at six in the morning, marking her first day attending a "regular" school in about 10 years. She sighed at the thought of why she was held out of regular school, but quickly shook the thought away as she realized she was only going to depress herself if she thought negatively. Instead, she smiled at the prospect of making new friends among the other four students that would be at the school. She sat up in her bed as she woke up, looking around the empty bedroom. She got up and went to the bathroom in the small dorm which was more like a studio apartment. She showered and prepped herself for the day to come before she got dressed in her usual vibrant attire. She inspected herself in the mirror and bit her lip, drawing some blood. She manipulated it slightly as it was a form of therapy she taught herself, kind of like others with the worry balls or whatever they were called. She wiped the small wound and smiled as she looked in the mirror once more, letting the blood she was controlling fall into the drain. She went on to grab her bag with her notebooks and schedule, although based on the building and number of students, there wouldn't be much need for her try and memorize it.

With all of her things ready, she left her room, examining the other rooms that were occupied. There were 4 others in the building on the same floor, and she looked around silently before leaving at around 6:45. Classes didn't start til 7:15 and since the school was only about a five minute walk away, she knew she had time to spare. She left the building alone as she looked around the area. It was closed off with fences, but she could see some crowd gathered around. The school was supposed to be kept secret but it looked like someone leaked some info about it's location. Mia didn't care, she knew that she could handle whatever problems came her way with her abilities.

She arrived at the school and went to the first class they would have in room 201. All it said was "Factual Class" which made her wonder what it was about. Based on the design, it seemed like one part would be dedicated to sciences, another to creative arts, and then finally phys. ed and an eating area. She wondered as she reached the empty class room and found the desks arranged with three seats in the front row and two in the back. She shrugged and set her bag down on one of the desks in the back and waited for the others to arrive.

Thousands of thoughts were flying in her head, like what would the other students be like, what would they think of her abilities, what were they capable of, and several other questions that were in the front of her mind. In the back of her mind she had the slight thought of what if they were afraid of her, but she knew that they probably felt similar experiences of being separated and being feared so they would probably understand her better than her own family. She still had a solid 15 minutes before class would start.

Claire DeLune was shaken awake by her Mother at exactly 5:00 AM. It was a bit early still to be on time for her new classes, but she had always loved the sunrise, and her Mother knew that. Wiping the sleep from her eyes groggily, she plodded the short distance from her bed to the small bathroom that came with her Dormitory. Mother was gone at that point. She had been gone for many years, of course. But thanks to her ability, Claire had been able to construct her own personal reality. At least, within the confines of her own dorm room. There was no way she would let anyone outside know of something so personal.

A few quick splashes of cold water were enough to revive her to her full senses, and she met the mirror with an extra-wide grin. Far from a 'normal' school life, but further still from being tested on 24/7, her new life began today. She hadn't been assigned any specific tasks or anything, and the threat level of her power was assessed as Green - no threat whatsoever - Claire had been able to cling to her ideal of a normal life, and now it was as good as hers. At least, as good as she was like to get after such a horrible fate befell humanity as a whole. Still, if she had to give today a color, it would be orange. Orange was energetic, ready to greet the day. The sunrise out the window, for example, was just the shade of orange she was thinking. Claire flung herself to the window with a smile and a silent laugh, then flung herself at her wardrobe, rifling through for the perfect outfit for the occasion.

Ha ha! Yes! Yes! It's perfect! o(≧∇≦o)

Pumping her fist in excited victory, Claire scrambled out of her PJs and into the one article of clothing that suited today perfectly. A simple V-neck tee, almost obnoxiously orange. Sprinting back to the mirror, she beamed as she turned around. Good! Great! (/^▽^)/ What was next? Something green? Yellow? Of course, she didn't have anything in the right shades. Maybe it was time for some shopping as soon as possible? Her eyes lit up. Shopping would be a good break from all the hard work day to day. She was sure school was hard, after all. For now, maybe today wasn't the day to be so completely outrageous. She had no idea who her new friends were, but maybe they would just make fun of her if she looked like a neon sign on the first day? No, a worker's jacket!? Σ(゜ロ゜) It was certainly the right shade of orange, but not quite the feeling she was going for. Yeah, maybe it was time for something a little darker? After 10 minutes of rifling through the various drawers and hangers, she came out with an ensemble of a dark navy skirt, shorts, and long sleeved shirt, topped with the orange tee. Everything was perfect.

Maybe because she was so early, the walk to the school itself was totally uneventful. No fateful meetings? What kind of happy school life is this supposed to be? (ㄒoㄒ) Maybe it wasn't going to be as happy as she thought. Maybe... Maybe it'd be all old men there... (゚´Д`゚)゚ Of course that wouldn't be the case, though. It was a school for teens, or so she had heard. The school itself was reasonably easy to distinguish. Without trying to cause much fuss in case there were cameras around, Claire suppressed her powers, which she usually let fly without a second thought, and hurried into the building. The first class was... Factual Studies? Like, studies on facts about stuff? That sounded difficult. Maths and things didn't have a whole lot to do with her power at all, and she was an artist by nature. Still, the image of the sunrise burned into her head, Claire DeLune picked up speed and rushed through the door of the classroom!

...At least, that was her intent. Of course the door didn't open by pushing it from the outside. It had a doorknob, after all. The result was a loud bang and Claire herself dropping all of her stuff around the hallway, including herself splayed out like a starfish on the ground.

    Owowowowow...! ☆ ̄(>。☆)

It isn't like it hurt as much as she made it seem, but it was impossible for the poor girl to resist a healthy portion of slapstick humor to start the day. It didn't even matter if anyone was watching or not, she was her own audience in her head. No sound escaped her lips, but her mouth was open wide in an extraordinarily pained gesture and her eyes welled up with tears that just as quickly vanished as she resumed her regular grin, picked up her things, and went through the door the proper way.

Hello everyone! Sorry for the scene so early in the morning! \(^ ^)/

    James Burns

James rolled from his side to his back just as his alarm went off. At first, he tried to ignore it. He hated the alarm going of any time sooner then nine o´clock, but school was school. After all, he was looking forward to attending it once more. With people that are just like him, people who will understand him. After a few seconds, he realized the alarm won´t just go away or turn off itself, so he extended his hand and his alarm lifted from the table across his small room and flew towards him. One firmly in his hand, he took a look at the time. It was half past six. " Damn. They should make getting up this early illegal. Or I should just go to bed sooner. " he told to himself as he turned off the alarm. It was definitely the second thing he had to do. He got up from the bed and made up his bed. After that, he stretched a bit, yawning in the process. Once done, he grabbed his went to the bathroom to get a shower to fully wake up and be prepared for the coming day. It took him about ten minutes, but once he was finished with it, he felt like a new person. Once out from the shower, he got dressed up down from his waist into his favorite brand of underwear and black jeans. He looked at the clock as he placed it back on the table. " Why do I even bother placing it there, promising to get up and turn it off ? " he asked himself.

He then looked out from the window. The sun starting to shine really nicely, and he enjoyed the sight for a minute or two. Realizing he still had plenty of time, he lied back to his bed and enjoyed the sight. James was excited at the prospect of meeting people like him, people with the same gift he had." Or the same curse. " he though to himself, as he remembered his past. Shaking his head, he got rid of that thought, but he was unsure how shaking his head could help. But it always did. The school was rather a small one and so were the dorms. Five small rooms just like his. Maybe the rooms were small, but they were quiet comfortable. In fact, he liked his room. It was better than to share a room with somebody. Because of his bad moods, it was really comfortable for him. Hopefully, he will be able to overcome them as well. He just had to be himself and everything will be fine. After about fifteen minutes spent on the bed, he stood up and pulled a gray shirt over his head, pulling his necklace with a cross on top of it to be visible. He reached for his favorite sweater and once in it, he placed his back on his right shoulder and left his room, carefully locking it.

It was seven o´clock when he left the dorm building. The school was five minutes of walking from the dorms. On his way, he looked around himself. The fences around the area were a bit scary, but it was just a safety measure, he had to reassure himself. " But for whose safety ? " he asked himself as he was entering the school building. His first class was Factual Class. He was really curious to find out what it was about, he just hoped they will not bore them to death with thins they will never again use. But that was not on them to decide, what will they need and what they wont need. He made his way to the classroom and opened the door. He entered a small classroom with five desks in two rows. Seeing two of his classmates already there, he greeted them. " Morning, folks. " was his short greeting as he made his way to the chair furthest from the door. He placed his bag next to his bed and sat down, reaching down for a pen and a notebook. After that, he placed them on the table and waited patiently for the class to begin.

"You're not the monster fox anymore. You're one of my team-mates from Konoha… Kurama."

"You guys piss me off so badly that I can't even express it in words… So I'll just tell you something about me… I'm no trash!! And I'll never become trash!! And I won't let you kill my comrades!!"

Chris woke up around 6:30 AM. He always woke up on time due to his luck so things like alarm clocks were obsolete to him. Rolling over and falling to the floor with a thump he lay there rubbing his eyes. New school or not, I don't think I should even go. Even if the people are like me. His stomach growled and interrupted his though and he got up at the thought of food. Chris yawned then staggered into his shower, turned it on to a perfect temperature on his first try and stood there for 15 minutes until he gathered the energy to wash his hair. Finally he got out, dried off and brushed his teeth while giving himself an empty stare in the mirror. Looking as bored as ever, he left the bathroom to get dressed. Entering the small dark room it was already 6:50. He didn't really have the time to mess around, so he just snatched up some clothes he had on his floor. Finally dressed he turned on the lights to see he was in a black T-shirt and dark blue jeans. To him it was good enough so he left to get something to eat.

Chris was looking around as he walked around the school. Not to really admire it but to find a place to eat. Finally he came across a map of the school and quickly directed himself to the nearest food stall. He ended up at a place that sold fruit in the mornings to students. As he walked by he reached and took an apple, luckily no one noticed him, he didn't have any money on him to afford it anyway. Glancing at a clock on the wall he saw that it was 7 AM already. Classes start in 15 minutes, I guess I have nothing better to do since I'm already awake. He stretched and yawned as he walked around the school even more, not even sure where or what the class was since he left his schedule. He'd probably wander to it in time though, it's how things worked.

As he continued to wander he walked by the soccer fields. The team was up early and practicing so Chris stood and watched them play. He still had lots of time anyway. Maybe I should try-out this year, hopefully no one will notice my power and I can actually play something. The thought made him smile but it quickly disappeared when he knew it would never be a challenge to win a game. Things like this made him thing of his power as a curse while other times it was a gift. Whether which one was right he never knew. Hopefully the school and their special classes could teach him how to suppress his power. Finally he stood up and carried on.

Chris had finally arrived to a room that he felt was the right one. Room 201. Placing his hand on the knob and twisting it he entered. When he looked at how empty the class was except for 3 students he knew he found his class. Shutting the door behind him he walked in and found the desk closest to the door, just in case he wanted to sneak out. After sitting down the thought hit him. So, these people all have powers too. Well maybe this could be interesting. He began to rock slowly on his chair waiting for the class to start.

"Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream. Make him the cutest that I've ever seen,"

Eli laid in bed, his left arm tucked under his head acting as a pillow and his left hand placed on his bare chest as he woke up with the soft little tune stuck in his head. His voice was barely above a whisper as he sang the words that his mother often sung as she cooked. His closed eyes looked up at the ceiling as the fingers on his chest tapped to the beat. The sun was rising. He could tell because the light outside of his eyelids was slowly getting brighter. With a sigh, Eli forced his eyes open with a deep breath and turned to the clock at his bedside table. 6:45am. Damn it. He lifted his head to free his arm and then stretched them out, twisting his whole body as his grunted. He relaxed back into the sheets, with his smile still tugging as his lips.

He had to get up sooner or later, but god, how he didn't want to. He took the blankets that had gathered at his waist and flung them off of his bare lower half as he swung to the left and let his feet in the floor. Carpet greeted him and he stood slowly, looking at the clock. 6:47am. It was his first day back to the school and he wasn't going to rush such a... joyous occasion. Besides, he was well-rested and had never been more comfortable in his life. He stood in front of his nightstand mirror for a moment, not realizing that he wasn't even looking at his reflection. He had been so relaxed, his power automatically took over. Eli grinned slightly and inhaled deeply, watching as he slowly came back into view. "Damn, I look good.."

As he walked to the bathroom, he picked up a book that just so happened to be lying on the counter and sat down at the toilet. He loved being human, but this was the one thing he did not enjoy. Still, he looked at the book finally and grimaced. It was the damned dictionary. He groaned and randomly flipped to a page. 'O'. Well, at least he wouldn't be reading the ingredients to his toothpaste again. He finished his business and immediately flushed toilet and turned on the shower, stepping inside. He yelped as ice cold water pelted down against his skin and slowly the water grew warm and he relaxed. He hated the cold with a passion. He scrubbed his body with soap and massaged his scalp with shampoo, sighing as his head tingled. Green Tea Shampoo was probably his favorite, all thanks the the tingle it gave him. The thought of what time it could possibly be tried to creep into his mind, but he ignored it. If he was going to be late, then he'd be late. Why rush the inevitable? Still he stepped out of the shower as clean as a whistle at 7:07am. He dried off his body and then brought the towel to his head, drying it the best he could as he walked back into his bedroom and to the closet.

There was nothing in their that immediately caught his eye except for a dark blue button-up shirt and some dark jeans. Eli grabbed them and threw them to the bed as he went next to the dresser to get his underwear, socks, and undershirt. He dressed up quickly, combed his hair, and pulled on his green sunglasses. He smirked as he looked at himself in the mirror again. Sure, he was clothed, but he still looked good. He grabbed the small notebook and his keys from his dresser and finally left the dorm at 7:11am.

Eli opened his notebook as he walked toward one of the buildings. Factual Class - Room 201. What the hell was "Factual Class"? He had no idea, but closed his notebook and made his way to the room, finally finding it in the second building he looked. He opened the door and walked inside, his blue eyes scanning the room. So, these were his classmates? They all looked pretty pathetic to him, safe for the girl's. They were both very pretty. Pathetic, sure. Pretty, yes. He looked to the blonde girl sitting his the back and gave her a small wink before his took his seat. 7:16am. One minute late and he didn't even see a teacher.

As each student entered the classroom, Mia eyed them up to get an idea of what the daily school life would be like. First, a girl. She didn't speak, but instead projected her words, and Mia heard the banging noise from outside before the girl entered. She seemed cheerful enough for early in the morning, and the manner of speech her projection had was interesting. At least there would be one lively person in the class besides herself, she merely smiled and nodded, chuckling softly as she watched her. Next was a black haired guy with a hat and above average appearance. He gave a short and simple greeting and then sat himself down beside Mia. She smiled and said "Morning." in a kind tone and looked him over once more, thinking ~Not too bad. Should probably talk to him when we get the chance.~ After him came another boy, brown hair and once again above average. He on the other hand was simply quiet and took the front desk closer to the door. She shrugged and thought ~Well, every class has an anti-social person or two, right?~ Finally, the stereotypical pretty boy walked in a minute late. She laughed mentally as he gave her a wink. Sure, he looked good, and he seemed to be sizing up the students just as Mia had, but he just put out an aura of superiority that annoyed her slightly. She shrugged the thought off and wondered where the teacher was.

After the last student walked in, another three minutes passed by before the door opened to reveal a blonde hair, tan skin, tall and lanky gentleman looking to be in his late 30s, early 40s. His hair was short and unkempt, and his eyes were a solid blue shade. He looked amongst the students and mouthed the number 5 and smiled, saying in a slightly deep voice "Hello students. My name is James Madison, but you can just call me James, not a big fan of being called Mr. or teacher or anything like that. Anyways, as you all know, you're LastGen and this school was specifically designed to teach you guy in a normal environment. This is factual class. This class covers math, history, and science, a.k.a. subjects based in facts, hence the name "factual" class. Today though, we'll just be doing introductions and a get to know you type of thing. Hopefully the five of you will get along quiet well. Lets start off with Mia Feral. Just introduce yourself, and give us a little insight about yourself and your ability."

Mia nodded and said "Well...I'm Mia Feral, just a normal 18 year old girl, or at least as normal as our kind can get. I enjoy music and just hanging out with people. My ability on the other hand, it's pretty gruesome. I am a hemokinetic. I have the ability to manipulate blood, anybody's blood, within a range of about 20 meters. I can manipulate to become a blood, and can even control it's phase from liquid to solid. Here, watch." She bit her lip and let herself bleed a bit before focusing, making the blood float and shaping it into different shapes like a block and such. She took out a tissue she had on her and caught the blood with it and began to clean her lip saying "So yeah, that's what I can do."

James nodded and looked to the others saying "Alright then, next Clair DeLune. Just tell us about yourself and your gift."

Claire smiled and nodded, standing up from her seat. After thinking for a minute on how best to introduce herself, she finally settled on rifling through her bag for a large sketchbook, about as big as her torso. After spending a full two minutes hunched over it with a pencil, with various symbols of excitement vaguely fluttering over her head (wavy lines, exclamation points, stars, rainbows) she got up from her seat with a clatter and turned to face the group, showing them what she had been working on. On the page was an almost disgustingly embellished written depiction of her name "Claire DeLune" with various manner of happy imagery around it. The unicorns, in particular added a nice, if unnecessary touch.

Hello hello everyone! Pleased to meet all of you, let's be friends! \(^▽^*) She was more than emotive enough to get her point across. She was an energetic person, whose power was to project images. Unfortunately, she unwittingly gave away the lack of any sort of self-awareness, and possibly came across as stupid or even retarded, if that was something any of her classmates were likely to draw judgement about.

With a small jump of surprise, as though she just remembered something important, she spun around 180 degrees to show the people behind her what she'd done. Although after spinning around, she realized there were no people behind her to show, and, somewhat embarassed, spun back to face everyone. After a brief minute, she rubbed her chin in thought as to the best way to display the depth of her power, completely unaware of the fact that she'd already used it several times over the last five minutes. In the end, she burst into a grin, and settled on perhaps the most unusual decision of all. Spinning around on one leg, she was surrounded by a flurry of bright lights, like stars, that extended to about three feet all around her body. They stopped at, likely, what was her maximum range. After the unusual display, Claire simply grinned and shrugged, as though to say "Well, that's my power." It was flashy, but didn't seem to have a whole lot of practical use, as far as affecting the world around her. Still, it was an interesting match with girl who can't talk.

The teacher was stunned for a second, but regained his composure pretty quickly, and gestured for her to sit down again, glancing down at a notepad as he spoke. "Well, I think we all get the idea. In case anybody here was unsure, Claire cannot speak, and lets her ability do most of the talking for her. Please be as understanding as you can. You can probably tell that she has... a bit of difficulty fitting in with people. This is probably something that all of you understand, so please try to get along with each other. Anyway, moving on... any of you boys care to follow up that performance?"

    James Burns

    " Good - good morning. "

James was a bit shocked by the girls response and stuttered in his own. " Great. Now she thinks I am a complete fool. A great way to introduce yourself, Burns. " he scolded himself in his head. But after that, he gave the girl a careful, maybe a bit shy smile. She looked attractive, very attractive to James. He kept looking at her for a few seconds. She was attractive, indeed. Hopefully, James will be able to force himself and talk to her. After these thoughts crossed his minds, he returned to look at the table, but glanced at her every then and now. He was sitting patiently on the chair, waiting for the teacher to arrive, but he was obviously late. " Damn, I could have slept longer a few more minutes, would I knew this. " ho told to himself. Just after that, two more boys entered the class. He greeted both of them with a bow of his head. Both of them looked quiet friendly to him, the second maybe a bit too confident, something James disliked about others. " Or are you just jealous because he has confidence and self - worth ? " he asked himself again. To drive the thought away, he yawned, placing one of his hands before his mouth, while stretching the second. After that, he removed his cap and placed in on the desk, next to his notebook, which he opened and started to draw a few lines. Before he could continue, he was interrupted by their teacher, Mr. Madison, or James, as he asked to call them. He looked like a teacher that excelled in his job, and the definition of the Factual Class got James´s curiosity. " I think I might like this class ... well, not all the time, but I can live with that. " thought James for himself. But when he realized he will have to introduce himself, he got a bit insecure. Introductions were never a strong side of his, and he hoped to avoid to make a complete fool of himself before everyone.

The cute girl, Mia, was first to introduce herself. He looked at her carefully during her introduction. " She likes music and hanging out with people. Be sure to mention it when talking to her. " told James to himself. When they reached her power, he frowned a bit. Hemokinesis was a bit scary, and gruesome as she called it. " What a sharp contrast with such a cute girl. ", another thought crossed James´s mind. The demonstration, a bit too drastic for him, was effective. He could not help himself but imagine her making all of the blood bursting from someone´s body, but retaining that cute smile. Scary. Attractive, but scary. None the less, James was determined to talk with her. Next up was the second girl, Claire DeLune. At first, James was curious while she won´t talk, but the show of her powers was quiet spectacular for him. In fact, he liked it. He was curious about why she wrote down her greeting on a paper instead of just telling it, but the teacher answered his question. He could not help himself but he felt sorry for her. " I will make the best I can to help her feel comfortable in her class. Definitely. " he told to himself yet again. He always felt strong compassion to people, even when they had none for him, and this was just the case. Upon her introduction, he decided to follow with his own. So he stood up and put up a small smile on his lips.

" Nice to meet you, everyone. I am James, James Burns. I like spending time with my friends, drawing and ... and stuff like that. My powers is Psychokinesis, or Telekinesis if you would like. Nothing too special, I guess. " he told, but as both Mia and Claire gave a demonstration, he decided to give one as well. He reached out with his mind for his bag which flew to him, and he opened it, taking out a glass of water. He opened the bottle and set his mind to work. The water, not under his control literally exited the bottle and started to levitate before James in as spherical shape. He focused his mind and the water changed shape, into a fox. Another thought and the water was in the shape of a heart, followed by a thumb up. Deciding it was enough, he made the water return to the bottle, closing it and placing in on his desk. " Hydrokinesis is somehow a part of my powers, as well as the ability to control some other forms of matters to some degree. Make them fly as I wish, give them shape. Basic stuff. I hope we all can get along with each other, and I look forward to ... to spend time with you, folks. " he finished, hoping it was not too awkward, he sat down, looking at Mr. Madison, hoping he will interrupt the silence after his introduction. Luckily, he did so.

" Thank you, James. Well, let´s just hope there will be no confusion with the name James in the class. " he said, laughing a bit. " Who will introduce himself next ? "

Chris yawned as the final student sat down next to him. His classmate was late, but worst of all the teacher was too. He hadn't noticed him come into to the room but couldn't ignore it when he took the seat next to him. Chris looked over at him. The first thing he noticed was the amount of luck that was around him, explaining his rather cocky appearance. Most lucky people are the egotistical ones. He ignored it though, if he ever bothered him his luck would take a turn for the worst and that would fix his attitude. Chris didn't tamper with people's luck often, he didn't like to hold any responsibility for what happened to him. He looked behind him to see the rest of the students that shared powers. In total there were 2 girls and 3 guys in his class, a fairly balanced ratio which was probably best. Soon he turned his attention back to the front of the classroom and gave the teachers desk a blank stare.

Finally a rather tall and scrawny man came into the classroom. The man introduced himself as James Madison but preferred to be called James, showing that he was rather casual, something Chris appreciated. He would be their teacher for the "Factual Class" which as he thought was mostly knowledge based, something he could guess at so he should do well. He even explained a little bit about how the school was supposed to be a normal environment for them to learn in. It didn't really seem possible but it could work out since only the 5 of them have powers. James decided that he would start off class by making everyone introduce themselves. A rather boring thought if Chris had anything to say about it. Either way he then picked the blond-haired "Mia" in the back.

The girl quickly began to describe herself as a "normal", something none of them were by any stretch but she quickly corrected herself. By the way she described herself you'd know she was more outgoing and wild than the average person. Her power on the other hand kind of contradicted her nature. She was hemokinetic, meaning she controlled blood. Even going as far to demonstrate the power which she was gifted with. Using 'gifted' lightly. Chris noticed that the teacher as well as some of the other students didn't have very pleased looks on their faces. Mia then resigned and the other girl, Claire DeLune, was called upon to introduce herself. First she pulled out a notebook with her name and other decorations on the paper. Then she started by projecting images around herself, not really saying much to help herself along. By the way she acted sometimes you could tell she was energetic, despite being air-headed at times. Finally, to show the extent of her power Claire barraged them with a display of visual affects, effectively showing off her power despite it being a little hard on Chris's eyes. Even after two performances, Chris wasn't really impressed with these powers. They were cool but served no practical use besides blinding people or killing them. Not exactly the most helpful to society. Next was one of the guys, James Burns, the same first name as the teacher. This was the last of the back row and despite having a rather generic power it had merit. Telekinesis was something that could always be handy, kind of like Chris's own power. James didn't really go into much depth about himself besides his boring hobbies but focused more on demonstrating it, overdoing it just a little. Finally he sat down and the Mr. Madison asked which boy would be next.

Chris stopped his chair from rocking and sighed. The teacher gave him the "You're next!" look. He slowly stood up and the other students soon looked at him. Every other student had put more effort into their introductions than he felt like doing himself. Clearing his throat he began. "Christopher Wells, my power is Tychokinesis. Give me a second and I'll show you what it is I guess." He reached into his pocket and started digging a pulled out 3 die he often carried to make bets. Shaking them in his hand he said " 3... 5... 5" and proceeded to release the die one by one and in the order he said the rolled the numbers he had stated. "So... I manipulate luck and I'm lucky. It's one of the most useful powers I've seen." Even if he did think his power was a curse he had to admit that it had it's uses. "I guess I'm done." He ended off and sat down. He glanced next to him to see the last kid had physically vanished but he could still see his lucky aura emitting from where he was sat. Chris wasn't sure what happened during the introductions but he should still be there. The teacher, James, began to speak "Okay, next is..." He froze when he saw the seemingly empty chair.

Eli leaned back in his chair, placing his notebook on the left-hand corner along with his keys. With his pencil, he started to tap at the desk in aggravation. "Damn, if I had known the teacher was going to be late, I would have really taken my time," he thought with a roll of his eyes. He was about to turn around in his seat to say something to the blonde when a man came in the room. He didn't look like a teacher, in Eli's opinion. He looked scrawny and just plain boring. His name wasn't even that original. James Madison. Was his parents so boring they named him after a long-dead president? Eli couldn't help but grin at his own clever thought. In all honesty, Factual class just seemed like a waste of time. Eli didn't care much about facts, really. That's what technology was for, afterall. If he didn't know something, he could always look it up. It was the math that he was worried about. He grimaced a little, not really looking forward to the class at all. Maybe someone could help him out? He doubted it. He didn't really want their help.

The young man zoned out for only a moment, before hearing a girl speak up behind him. Eli turned in his chair to see the blonde girl he had noticed earlier. So, her name was Mia. Easy to remember (not that that would be too difficult anyway with only 4 other people with him). When she got to her power, Eli tuned her out. The sight of blood made him uneasy, so he decided not to watch anymore. Seeing his own blood was alright, animal blood was alright.. but if one thing made him feel sick, it was another person's blood. Watching her manipulate it made his stomach roll and he knew he was turning green. With everyone's eyes away from him, Eli closed his own and exhaled. His skin tingled softly as he did so.

He was thankful when Mia stopped her performance. The next person to speak was the other girl, Claire. Eli hadn't really noticed her before, and seeing her attire, he couldn't see how. Her bright orange shirt could have been seen from miles away. A small smile spread to his lips as he watched little symbols dance above her head. She had a childlike nature that intrigued him. He chuckled quietly as she turned around to see that no one was behind her. In truth, she reminded him a lot of his mother. He smiled to himself as he watched her performance.

Next was a guy named James. He didn't look like much in Eli's opinion, more like a slacker if anything. It was during his performance with the water that Eli decided that he couldn't stand sitting anymore. He was too bored and had to move around. He stood from his seat quietly and putting his hands in his pockets decided to go around the room. It took him a moment to realize that people couldn't see him since he had forgotten that he decided to go invisible during Mila's introduction. No... her name was Mia. Not Mila. Whatever. Still, he decided to take his time and walk around the room.

His first visit was the mute girl's desk. Up close he could smell the faint scent of strawberries and bananas. Was that her shampoo? Maybe. Or maybe he was just insane, he wasn't sure. Eli watched her for a moment before making his way to Jame's desk just as he sat down. What was his power again? He couldn't remember anything but a water-bottle. Maybe he could start calling him Waterboy. Eli had to keep himself from chuckling. In only a few steps, he was at Mia's desk. He was immediately grateful that her lip had stopped bleeding. It was up close that Eli realized how green her eyes were. He almost leaned down in front of her to get a better look but the name of the kid who sat beside him caught his attention. So, his name was Christopher? Eli straightened up and walked over the where the boy stood, his blue eyes watching as Chris rummaged around in his pocket. At that point, Eli had taken his seat, enthralled by the boy beside him. Luck... he had to keep his eye on him. Maybe even talk to him. Luck was a great thing to have, afterall. Eli liked to consider himself lucky, but to be able to manipulate it...

There was a few seconds of silence until Eli realized that everyone was waiting on him. He stood abruptly, clearing his throat as he did so. "Name's Eli Maynard. 'Sup?" He looked around the room and then looked back at the teacher who was staring at him with a funny look on his face. Eli cocked his head in confusion until he realized that he had never changed back to normal. He exhaled deeply, feeling the tingle rush over him again. Before he could fully change back, he ended his introduction with, "Oh, and I can go invisible. So, there's that." He sat back down in his desk. Introductions were never his strong-suit.
