So I read this book called "Quarantine," and I wanted to do an RP based on it. It's not a very popular book, so you don't have to have read it to join.
Basically, it's like a modern "Lord of the Flies." Average students in an average school, and one day all the teachers die from some horrible virus. It's specific to adults, so all the students are still alive, and the government quarantines the school. The students are stuck inside and have to fend for themselves. I'll be more specific later, but basically, groups are created and begin to fight with each other.
Eventually they come up with a trade system and stuff, and there's one group (which the actual series is based on) that develops along the way, although hated by most other groups.
So, yeah. None of these ideas are mine, but you don't have to read the story to understand what's going on. Anyone interested?

I have read a simliar series of books. Children are in school and suddenly all adults and older kids just vanish. Also a giant dome appears around the city. The children also get special powers and whenever one turns a certain age that one disappears too.
I am interested in this rp, but if the government quarantines the school and no kid can get out what will the rp be about exactly?
Dammit. I had that idea for a story a while back. I thought it was completely original too!... I guess nothing is truly original anymore... Anywho, I'd be interested.

Basically, the students divide into groups and there are conflicts between the groups. People continue to die as they near adulthood, and eventually there will be a twist in which the government interferes and finally tells them what the hell is going on, although I can't give away too much yet
It sort of turns into a survival of the fittest scenario. I'll give more details later, but if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. I'm hoping to get a good sized group of people, so if you know anyone else who would be interested, let them know.
