Alien Invasion RP?

This will be a semi-turn based Nation AND Character RP, either Advanced or High Casual. (Semi-Turned based being that there will be playing periods each representing six months, but you can post as much as reasonable within that period.

In 2050 an alien ship the size of several major cities combined arrived at Earth. An invasion was launched, and within 5 years Earth's human population had dwindled to an estimated 300,000,000 (100,000,000 in Southeast Asia, 25,000,000 in N. Africa and the Middle East, 75,000,000 in Africa, 40,000,000 in Europe, 30,000,000 in North America, and 30,000,000 in Central and South America).
Colonist's on Mars and the Moon, along with miners in the Asteroid Belt watched in horror at what happened on Earth, knowing that in order to survive they had to maintain complete radio silence. With this radio silence, all three regions became completely isolated from each other, all forming there own plans about what to do.
23,000 people scattered across the Moon, scared out of their wits about what was happening less than three days away, entered into inter-colony civil wars, with most attacks happening either underground, on the Skyside (Lunar slang for the dark side of the Moon), or entering into the colony and fighting there, all in an effort to remain undetected. The Lunar colonies that aren't at war with each other ended up building large underground tunnels in order to cooperate with each other in order to raid and destroy the alien ship, to strand the aliens on Earth, and give humans a true fighting chance.
10,000 people along the tropical regions of Mars and 2,000 people around the Martian south pole were able to form a rough peace with each other, in order to survive. Some colonies made plans to build fleets of small landing ships to help the humans on Earth fight back, while others began developing technologies to leave the Solar System entirely and start humanity elsewhere. Lately, however, some colonies have been looking at sending ships to the Asteroid Belt, in order to make deals to get resources.
3,000 people scattered across a small section of the asteroid belt in groups ranging from 20 people to 250 people became de facto independent entities when Earth was invaded. Since then, they have been mining out asteroids to colonize space in slow increments and/or sabotaging asteroids to impact Earth. Within three years, several small outpost of 10 will land on Europa and link up forming colonies there. Other colonizers from the asteroid belt, however, are looking more long term and are hollowing out asteroids in order to colonize other star systems.
Meanwhile, on Earth, unaware of anything it's babies are doing, several governments are trying to hold up themselves and fight off the aliens in guerilla tactics, though other non pre-invasion government groups have formed as well.

Tech Levels would be about early 2020's for all (I'll verify everything).

I am new here (joined today!) and I am very interested in your ideas. I happen to absolutely adore futuristic RPs (happened to be watching "Prometheus!" >XD) and i would love to be a part of this group. I am still very new to this and the websites functions are a little frazzling to me, but I will get the hang of it i promise!
