Anyone up for a non-canon superhero RP? It will take place in a fictional city, with character made and NPC villains to fight, short, episode-like plot archs, and the power to be creative. You can make aliens, demons, fucking robots, whatever your heart desires. Of course, there WILL be rules against OP characters, but that's a given.
